Dough "Rublevskoe" 1 serving
Chopped chicken breast 250 g
Bulb onions 250 g

Cooking method

  • I used the dough "Rublevskoe". Thanks Qween! for the filling, you need everything half-finished: put the peeled potatoes to boil, then finely chop the onion on the Berner and put it on frying-simmering in vegetable oil, add chopped chicken breast. Lightly fried, salt and pepper. At this time, the potatoes were half cooked, pulled out and cut into cubes. Mixed with onion and breast in a pan, checked for salt and pepper. Proportion 1 part onion, 1 part breast, 2 parts potatoes. I put the dough into a cupcake, then the filling and sprinkled with grated cheese. I closed the dough with a lid and closed the cupcake. Thank you for rating!!!
A cupcake presses the lids. There is a kind of skirt around each notch.

In the oven, it will turn out if you bake in small tins, close up the lids well and, be sure, pierce the lids with a toothpick so as not to swell.

I saw a video on the internet - there a woman made baskets in tins in the oven, and then a fork passed along the edge of each upper circle - it turned out like a pattern and fastened

Today I baked baskets and decided to make the filling at Jamie Oliver HomeCooker (Philips HR1050 / 90). The result is pleasing. Saving energy! This is how it was.

I sliced the potatoes and put them in the steam basket. Chopped the onion. I turned on the homecooker at 250 degrees and 7 minutes. She poured a little oil and folded the onions.

I put the steam basket on the pan:

Closed the lid:

When this program ended, I added the minced chicken:

I set the temperature to 175 degrees and the time to 15 minutes:

I put the steam basket on the pan and closed the lid.

While all this was being prepared, I took up the test. The program ended, moved the potatoes from the steam basket to the pan, set the temperature to 90 degrees, the time was 7 minutes:

I closed the lid, turned on the cupcake and began to roll out the dough. After 7 minutes, the filling is ready!

The result is pleasing! And he gave me the idea of one experiment. However, it will be a different dish and a different day ...
