Cabbage soup with beef and sauerkraut (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Beef brisket with bone 1 kg
Potato 200gr
Sour cabbage optional
Bulb 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Peas (pepper) 6 pcs.
Tomato paste 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Place the beef with bone in a saucepan.
  • Top up almost to the 3L mark.
  • Salt (half a tablespoon of fine salt).
  • Chicken broth mode (cooks on the machine for almost 1 hour)
  • (I recommend emptying the container from the back after releasing steam))
  • Then take out the meat. Add diced potatoes.
  • Add sauerkraut until the thickness you need.
  • Cooking for 5 minutes 105 * degrees on the Multipovar.
  • At the end of this step, add overcooking
  • (1 carrot + 1 large onion + tomato paste in advance), pepper, bay leaf.
  • We leave on heating for 10-15 minutes.
  • After turning off the heating, we wait 30 minutes.
  • Then pour into a saucepan and add the chopped meat.
  • You can put some fresh cilantro on top.
