Ingredients

chicken liver 500gr
mushrooms 300gr
onion 1-2pcs
garlic 1-2 slices
sour cream 200gr
wheat flour
paprika
salt pepper
oil

Cooking method

  • Chicken liver with mushrooms (multicooker Brand 37501)
  • We turn on the "fry-vegetables" program, add a little oil to the multicooker bowl (I have a spoonful of butter) and fry the pre-chopped onion for 5-7 minutes. My mushrooms, clean, cut as you like and fry with onions and garlic for another 7-10 minutes.
  • Chicken liver with mushrooms (multicooker Brand 37501)
  • Peel the liver from partitions, cut in half and roll in flour with pepper and paprika. Shift the mushrooms with onions to the side and put the liver in the bowl, salt in a couple of minutes, stir and fry for another 5-7 minutes. Add sour cream (cream or milk), mix and turn off the program. Close the lid of the multicooker, turn on the "stewing" program and simmer for 15-20 minutes. You can serve it with a side dish, or without it, as I ate with fresh vegetables. Delicious! Bon Appetit!

I love liver in any form, most of all beef in a grid on the grill. I rarely cook chicken, because no one else eats it except me.

It turned out SUPER! Try it, I have never done this before, although I remember the liver in sour cream from my childhood, my mother always cooked.

I cooked the liver in m / v Element, fried the onion until soft, then put the liver on it and sprinkled it with "Tasty salt" with dry herbs and poured over the sauce (Hains ketchut + mayonnaise + 1 tablespoon flour).
