Ingredients

White cabbage 1 kg.
Coarse salt 2 tbsp. spoons
Sugar sand 0.5 cups
Vegetable oil 100 ml.
Vinegar 10 tbsp. spoons
Garlic 3 cloves

If your taste lacks salt, sugar, acid (vinegar), feel free to add these ingredients directly to the cabbage.

  • We cover the cabbage with lids, plates, whatever we like, and put oppression on top (for example, a 3-liter jar of water). Leave the cabbage to marinate for 8 hours (overnight). You can start eating after 3 hours.
