Cooking method

  • Dough.
  • We mix all the ingredients for the dough, introducing the liquid in the last turn (kneaded in HP on the "Pelmeni" program). The dough should be soft and elastic. Cover the finished dough with cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
  • Roll out the finished dough to a thickness of 1-2 mm, cut out circles with a round notch, then, by stretching, give the shape of an oval.
