Sorry, I understood correctly - 2 tablespoons of dry yeast per 400 g of flour () - or is it a typo?

Tell me, is the bread not wet?
And then I tried to bake a biscuit and a zebra cake in a cartoon, everything was somehow not done before ...
It tastes better in the oven!

I didn't bake in the oven. But in a slow cooker, I like bread more than in HP.

The dough did not rise for less yeast.

No. Not a typo. But for the multicooker it didn't work out any less.

Have you ever tried to bake this bread in a bread maker?

I have baked all bread recipes one to one in a bread machine for more than one year. And many are here.

I have a Panasonic bread maker, but without a program for baking rye bread and without a special spatula. Wheat bakes excellently, but I have never tried the rye one. Somehow I'm all afraid that it won't work.
What program do you bake on?

Usually I bake on the rye program, do and so knead and proof on the Pizza program, then interrupt, keep it off and on the baking program. Rye bread does not like the second batch. Just pick the programs themselves. I sometimes forget to put a spatula for the rye and that's okay. Here are the links from the forum.
