Turkey stuffed with pepper for BORK U700

Ingredients

turkey breast 1 kg
Bell pepper 2 pods
olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
bulb 1 PC.
garlic 2 cloves
red wine vinegar 3 tbsp. l.
Cayenne pepper
salt
ground black pepper
ground chili

Cooking method

  • 1. Make a pocket for the filling in the turkey breast. Peel the bell peppers and cut into thin strips.
  • 2. Switch on the Oven mode 3 level 20 minutes. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry for 2 tbsp. l. oils. Add bell pepper, wine vinegar, cayenne pepper and simmer for about 15 minutes. Season with salt, black pepper and chili.
  • 3. Fill the turkey breast with pepper, sew up with a thread or stab with a toothpick. Rub the outside with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Pour oil into the bowl. Bake on the Multi-Cook mode 120 deg. 45 minutes Cut into slices and serve with rice and vegetables.

To make it less spicy, paprika can be added instead of chili.

We ate everything first, and then I thought about the photo)) After frying, I washed the bowl, but the filling leaks. Therefore, I see no point in this. It doesn't seem to have burnt.
