Ingredients

Chicken fillet 1200g
Onion 4-5 pcs
Soy sauce 50ml
Lemon juice 2-3 st. l.
Grain mustard 1 tsp
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the breast fillet into small pieces. Cut the onion into half rings, crush it, place it in a pickling container, onion, meat and all the ingredients for the marinade.
  • My meat was marinated for 1.5 days
  • Fried in the BBK grill, preheating it, fried with upper and lower heating, at maximum power, for 6-7 minutes, during this time I turned the pieces over 2 times
  • You can also fry in a pan, first heat it sooo much.
