River trout with vegetables

Ingredients

Large river trout 1 PC.
Large Bulgarian pepper 2 pcs.
Tomatoes 2 pcs.
Garlic 1 tooth
Fresh thyme 2 twigs
Olive oil 1 st. l.
Lemon 1 \ 2pcs.
Liquid sour cream 50g.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Clean the fish, remove the tail, fins, gills. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice and leave for 20 minutes.
  • Make transverse cuts in the fish, insert lemon slices there.
  • Cut the pepper into 2 parts.
  • Cut 1/4 of the pepper into small cubes. Add to it chopped tomatoes, garlic squeezed through a press, thyme (leave a little to decorate the finished dish), oil, salt to taste, mix.
  • Put part of the filling in the belly of the fish, distribute the rest in the "boats" of pepper.
  • Pour sour cream over the fish.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for about 40 minutes.
