From the dishes they took a set of pans TESCOMA PRIMA (now, in my opinion, the series is called differently) with a funnel and a lid. I'm glad. A very functional thing. There, on the pots on 2 sides, there are depressions in the form of funnels, and on the lids there are holes on the side, it turns out that you can drain the water by opening the lid and filter it (noodles, for example, will remain in the pan). She cooks well and I like them in grooming.
We also bought a frying pan from this company TESCOMA Spiral (it is possible that it is no longer sold). It sucks. In reality, everything was fried only in the middle of the pan, and the edges were raw. That is, the pan was heated only in the center.
HORROR!

Then we bought Tefal for induction. Updated several times. Not a bad frying pan. But Teflon, I want to try ceramics.
Mom bought a Green Pan ceramic frying pan for crazy money. It seems like iron can be turned over and the coating will not be damaged. Indeed, the coating is intact, BUT, it did not become so non-stick over time. Sticks to her. Although the cover is really as good as new.

I also faced the problem of choosing a Turk for induction. I've been brewing natural coffee in a cup for 5 years. Well, okay, this is not my biggest grief.

I wrote off my mantle cooker for scrap, since it is aluminum. I wanted to buy a steamer for manti, but I need a very large volume and there is no space for it (if I buy a separate electric one). And then I found the key to solving the problem: I put the grates with manty on the frying pan (though you can't pour much water, I add it once every 20 minutes, but I didn't have to spend money on a new device)

There was only one problem - Kazan. I bought an inexpensive a la Wok (don't you pop for cheapness). Yes, it is suitable for induction, but trash is rare. I started to rust, in general I will throw it out, I do not cook in it, but how I want pilaf!
And the pottery frying pan is good good. For a long time. I'm getting used to things very much.

Latest versions. The coating does not peel off, does not scratch, but rather becomes thinner. Food starts to stick.
