Fragrant chicken baked with vegetables in Brand 35128 Airfryer

Ingredients

Broiler chicken weighing 1 kg
Young zucchini 1 PC.
Large onion 1 PC.
Fresh tomato / cherry 2-3 pcs. / 2 branches
Bulgarian pepper 1-2 pcs.
Garlic 2-3 teeth
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l
Butter (softened) 30 gr.
White wine 0.5 cups
Rosemary, chopped thyme, pink pepper *
Bay leaf / peppercorns / allspice 1 piece / 6 pieces / 3 pieces
Salt 2 tbsp. l.
Hot / cold water 1 glass / 3 glasses

Cooking method

  • Wash the chicken, remove the entrails, pat dry with paper towels.
  • Prepare the marinade: 2 tbsp. l. Pour salt into a deep bowl with hot water. Dissolve the salt completely. Add 3 cups of cold water. Immerse the chicken in the solution. Leave for exactly 1 hour.
  • Mix the butter with finely chopped garlic, rosemary, thyme and freshly ground pink pepper. (* I replaced tobacco seasoning for chicken with the appropriate composition in the amount of 1 tbsp. L.).
  • After an hour, remove the chicken from the brine and dry. Put oil with herbs under the skin and inside the carcass and distribute evenly.
  • Wash the vegetables. Cut the zucchini into "washers". Remove seeds from pepper and cut into large slices. Cut the tomatoes into 4-6 pieces. Leave the cherry on the branch. (I added 3 more potatoes, cut into 4 pieces). Cut the onion into 6 pieces.
  • Place in a baking dish in the center of the chicken. Spread vegetables around (except tomatoes). Salt vegetables a little, sprinkle with olive oil. Pour wine over everything. "Pack" the form into a baking sleeve.

  • Cook in the oven or airfryer at 180 * C for 1 hour 20 minutes. Bake for the last 20 minutes by removing the sleeve and adding the tomatoes.

Note

I completely forgot: the places where there is the most butter under the skin will blush more, even under the baking sleeve (these are the darkest places). And even more so without him. Therefore, removing the sleeve, I covered the very middle of the chicken with a square of foil, securing it with a couple of toothpicks.
