Ingredients

For 6 cocotte makers 0.2 liters:
Penne rigate (ribbed feathers) 150 gr.
Chicken breast fillet (boiled) 1 PC. (about 250 gr)
Fresh champignons 100 g
Frozen porcini mushrooms 100 g
Large onion 1 PC.
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Cream or sour cream 150 gr.
Cheese (I have Mozzarella and Russian 75 gr. Each) 150 gr.
Salt, seasoning taste
Fresh herbs and green onions
Vegetable / olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Chicken bouillon on demand

Cooking method

  • Boil the penne according to the instructions.
  • Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  • Defrost porcini mushrooms in advance.
  • In a frying pan or in any multicooker in the Frying or Baking mode (for example, in a Brand 37501 multicooker or Brand 6050 pressure cooker), heat the vegetable oil.
  • Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates.
  • Add chopped onion and chopped garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes, adding chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Then add the sliced ​​chicken breast. Warm it up with mushrooms. Add broth if evaporated.
  • Pour in cream (or sour cream), stir and wait 1 minute and remove from heat (turn off the slow cooker).
  • Julien is ready!
  • Arrange in cocotte makers, first in 2 tbsp. l. penne, then 2 tbsp. l. "julienne" and sprinkle generously with grated cheese on top.

  • Bake in the oven at 200 * C until the cheese on the surface is melted and browned completely (8-10 minutes).
  • I baked in the Brand 35128 airfryer the Baking mode (t = 200 * C, medium speed) for 10 minutes.
