Liver cake with pancakes in a multicooker Brand 37501

Ingredients

chicken liver 0.5KG
turnip onion 3-4 pcs
rice 1 m. St.
eggs 3 pcs.
salt 1.5 tsp.
semolina 1/3 m. St.
sauce:
sour cream 250 g
coriander (ground) 1 tsp
basil 3 tsp
rest:
cheese (any) 100 g
pancakes by the number of layers

Cooking method

  • 1) Grind raw chicken liver in a blender, add boiled rice (I cooked on the "rice" program in a ratio of 1: 2), chop the onion, fry - add to the mixture, pour semolina there (in a thin stream, so that there are no lumps) , add salt and eggs.
  • 2) grate the cheese on a fine grater on a separate plate (it will be a layer)
  • 3) add coriander and basil to 100 grams of sour cream, bring the mixture to 500 ml (I diluted with water)
  • 4) thin pancakes (I baked them while the rice was cooking)
  • now we start assembling the cake:
  • put a pancake on the bottom of the bowl, put the liver on it, sprinkle with grated cheese and pour over the sauce - close the pancake on top, level and repeat the order: liver-cheese-sauce-pancake ...
  • until the liver runs out)) the last layer should be a pancake!
  • fill it with the remaining sauce and set it on the "baking" mode for 2 hours (so that the excess liquid has time to evaporate)

Thanks for the recipe!
I tried it yesterday at Brand 701, I liked it.
Only me without rice, and my yogurt sauce.
I had small pancakes, so two each to cover the entire diameter.

And so it happened.

Today is your recipe in the center of the table. I liked it very much, especially to my husband. The sauce was made from sour cream and mayonnaise with a mixture of peppers and soy sauce. Only spread the sauce on a pancake, then cheese and liver. Frozen evenly and beautifully. To take a picture too lazy - ate. Thank you. I will cook

Still took a picture, but straight from the refrigerator. The main thing is to show the structure - by the way, Orson did 1.5 hours on Pastry in the cartoon!
