Bork multicooker creamy potato soup with bacon

Ingredients

bulb 1 PC.
lean bacon 25 g
potatoes 200 g
leaf spinach 70 g
olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
flour 1 tbsp. l.
milk 500 ml
salt, pepper, ground nutmeg

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Chop onion and bacon finely.
  • 2. Switch on the Oven mode 3 level for 12 minutes. Fry onion and bacon for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and stir. While stirring constantly, pour in 200 ml of milk. When the mixture thickens, add the remaining milk and stir.
  • 3. Put potatoes, salt and pepper, season with nutmeg. Boil.
  • 4. Turn on the Heating mode at 70 degrees. and cook for 10 minutes. Add spinach and keep for another 2 minutes.

2 servings

Note

In the original, another 70g of grated parsnip root is added there along with potatoes.

Interesting and simple and fast. I don't like spinach so much, but this soup is probably delicious.
