Ingredients

Perch 1 PC
Salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste

Cooking method

  • Wash the fish, gut, remove the scales.
  • Take foil, preferably in two layers. We put the fish (grease the foil with oil so that the skin does not stick) salt, pepper and pour with lemon juice (you can use lemon, dill).
  • We pack the fish in foil as in a bag, so all juices are better preserved.
  • I cooked on Kasha for 8 minutes.
  • I put the fish directly into the bowl without adding water, you can do it on a steam plate, like steaming.

It looks like he's just fried. I was scared. Unplugged the saucepan and added some mute water. After that, the pressure of 2 units quickly accumulated and the countdown began.
