Cabbage rolls in tomato sauce (Brand 6050 pressure cooker)

Ingredients

Cabbage leaves on demand
Minced meat (meat + rice + onion + spices) 500 g
Tomato sauce 300 g

Cooking method

  • It is better to take thin-leaved cabbage for cooking cabbage rolls in this form, but in winter in our climate it is almost impossible to find it, so we take what is.
  • We remove the upper leaves, carefully cut the leaves by the stump, slightly boil in boiling salted water. Now they are easy to disassemble.
  • We cut off the thick veins with a knife, then put the minced meat inside, gently squeeze it with your hand and tie it with a thread on top.

  • We put it on the bottom of the pressure cooker bowl, fill it with tomato sauce until the middle of the bags. We put on "Steam cooking" - 15 minutes. We leave until the pressure is completely released.
  • When serving on the table, the strings are easily removed, and the cabbage rolls keep their shape well.

Very tasty picture !!! I wanted to do it urgently. But I have never made cabbage rolls with tomato sauce, only with sour cream and pre-fried. What sauce did you take ?? As I understood, the water was not added, one sauce. I have ketchup and basil tomatoes ready made tomato thick sauce. What is better to take ?? 300 grams of ketchup will not be much, it is concentrated.

I prepared the sauce myself - I mashed my canned tomatoes in my own juice, diluted it with a little water and that's it. Cook the way you and your loved ones like it.

Ol, this is what came to my mind today ... but you can "ring" stuffed cabbage and pancakes with lemon and orange zest. When we squeeze the juice on small manual juicers, almost empty halves of the fruit remain, the same zest can be cut into full rings.
MariV
Tanya, you can, everything can be done with skillful hands!
