Curd casserole "Udachnaya"

Category: Bakery products
Cottage cheese casserole Lucky

Ingredients

cottage cheese 600g
semolina 3 tbsp. l.
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
raisins 4 tbsp. l.
eggs 2 pcs.
vanilla sugar 1 sachet

Cooking method

  • Beat whites with sugar until firm. Separately mix cottage cheese, sour cream, semolina, yolks in a food processor (leave half of the yolk for lubrication). Add raisins. Gently mix the proteins into the curd mass.
  • Put the mixture in a multicooker saucepan, smooth out, lightly grease the surface with yolk with a silicone brush.
  • Baking mode (50 minutes). Open immediately, remove the saucepan from the multicooker. When cool, turn the casserole into a double boiler.
  • The casserole turned out to be without bent edges and on top is elastic, baked.

Note

Important! I did not grease the saucepan with anything, I did not add baking powder or soda, I greased the top with yolk. I don’t know what exactly influenced it, but the edges didn’t bend into a cheesecake shape.

Recipe from antique vintage book "Secrets of the Generous Table", 1976. I often cooked this casserole in the oven before, it always turned out very well.

And now I only cook this cottage cheese casserole in a slow cooker (forgive me the authors of other good recipes).

Delicious casserole !!! Thanks for reminding the recipe. Tomorrow I will buy cottage cheese and create it in a slow cooker. Thanks again!!!

Luda, you picked the right name, the casserole is really good
I've also stopped adding baking powder / soda to the casseroles and I don't notice the worst.

Recipe from antique vintage book "Secrets of the Generous Table", 1976. In the book, the recipe is called "Cottage cheese pudding (baked)", and we will modestly call it like this:

It must be the same as fortunately you have drifted so far.

The mother-in-law's book, I just "read" it. A good book, before the era of the Internet, I cooked a lot of things out of it.

So your husband not only had a tape recorder in his dowry, but also such reading material! ... Your mother-in-law knew that she would give her son a dowry, she knew that she would not be left hungry with such a dowry.

This "dowry" I dug up in a closet, in a heap of waste paper ...

I used to make such a casserole in the oven, and on top I poured a filling of sour cream, sugar and cocoa.
So this fill was eaten first. Only in the cartoon the filling may not be baked.
Luysia, thanks for reminding me such a delicious recipe. We must go bake.

P.S. And what is the recipe worth in the yeast bread category?

Luysia, what a valuable dowry you have! There is probably still a lot of goodies contained there!
I will definitely repeat it in my Brandyk. Thank you!

Luysia, thanks for the casserole. I will make this option as well. I also really like adding coconut flakes.

The book is really very good. My mother has one. and I downloaded myself

I baked this casserole today.it turned out delicious, but when I opened the lid it began to fall off instantly, but it was tall and lush, but did not affect the taste at all. Om-Nom-nom! Thanks and

Lyus, and I'm thinking, where can I dispose of the cottage cheese (I just bought a kilogram bucket, and it costs more than half)? ...
And here you are !!! I pronounced this name!

Lyus, that I’m a chicken ... like a sun, I’m already on the roost ... with a book ... (Thank God, at least not at the typewriter yet) ...
Now - current at 5 am. I am an early tovarisch. But the piece of paper is already hanging in the kitchen! honestly.
Tomorrow I have a social load of pancakes per liter to bake (already "happy") and unlock to school ... to the Oil Fair. Special assignment to tell. And in the process, I will create this miracle.

A mHaveshark, go, handed over and bought a cartoon?
(I remembered, by the way, how at one time she herself collected waste paper for a long time, and then opened it and received I don't need it The rubik's cube, which was mine for those times (the 80th year, probably).

I muddied a good one for breakfast!
Did it work? I think yes
True, after they got it out ... my men did not want to endure in any way, and my husband, rolling up his sleeves, turned the casserole over onto a steamer bowl, then onto a plate (he was maneuvering!) ... In general, she fell off slightly, but so tasty that we "grabbed" it all for breakfast (some with sour cream, some with yogurt, some with jam). Yum!

Lendi_Star, if the casserole had cooled down in the multicooker pan, it would have remained as beautiful as in your first photo.

But the fact that the opal is light does not particularly affect the taste.

Thanks for the recipe I prepared today - on the occasion - the cottage cheese remained in the refrigerator. Only for some reason she fell badly although she left her to cool in the multicooker bowl

THANK YOU!!! I just overexposed it in a mule, but still TASTY !!! + 1

Thank you very much for the recipe, very tasty!
Everything, except for whipped proteins with sugar, was kneaded in a food processor with a dough attachment, then added proteins. It turned out very tender, juicy. After baking, left in MV for an hour without opening the lid. Then she opened it, stood still in the MV until it cooled down. The middle sank slightly, see by 0.5, no more. Put on baking for 60 minutes.
At first it seemed that it was not sweet. But no, everything is perfect! Cool recipe! simple and delicious!
