Note

Guys, well, with God!
I thought and thought: if we select topics for recipes, then we will enjoy jumping around there looking for them. Okay, let's see what happens. The main thing is to start? For now, I will begin to slowly lay out the recipes that I have tried myself. You just need to agree on the terminology.
So far, 1 cup is our standard 250 ml glass from Panasonic. Well, spoons - they are spoons in Africa!
PS: And if the respected Admin explains to my head how to put photos in posts, then I will start a struggle with my natural laziness and will take pictures of the resulting copies ...

2 tbsp. l. walnut oil

and where to get it?
Luke
ZoychikWalnut oil is not a problem at all. In all sorts of tents, in the markets. In the same place where olive oil is displayed, as a rule, there are a lot of different types of oils: walnut, hazelnut, linseed, rapeseed, pumpkin seeds, grape seeds .... The other day I saw oil from rice! It's just that their bottles are not very large, and inconspicuous. That is, if you do not deliberately be puzzled by this, they simply do not come across.

PS: In addition, you can easily replace walnut oil with olive oil, for example. I don't think that will fundamentally change anything.

well, it probably affects the taste

or does it not have a pronounced walnut flavor?
Bulochka
She put bread with walnuts at night. got an amazing taste and smell of bread.
Walnut oil, I think, has a great influence on the taste of bread, I forked out yesterday and bought it. Of course, you can replace it, but to feel the subtleties of taste and aroma, you need it. It complements the taste of the walnut, although I thought that it had a more pronounced taste, and it had a very delicate and delicate taste (I took French butter from Perekrestok)

Bread with walnuts (for any HP)
1 cup of water
2 tbsp. l. walnut oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Sahara
3 cups wheat flour
1 tsp yeast
At the signal - add 100 g of lightly chopped walnuts
I have a few questions about the recipe, I will be grateful if someone answers me:
1. What size of bread should I expose (M, L, XL)?
2. Measure flour only with glasses? How much is it in grams, can you tell me? (I have a glass for my HP - only for liquids).
3. Is there too much flour and too little liquid?
4.1 tsp. yeast - is it enough?
5. Will one spoonful of sugar and salt be enough?

I do not understand anything.I have a measuring cup - only for liquids, and the maximum is not 250 ml, but 330 ml. How can I correctly measure the flour for this recipe (bread with walnuts)? Help who can. Thank you!
Yana
Olga @, this recipe contains 450 g of flour. One glass from "Panasonic-253" holds 240 ml at risk, and up to the brim 250 ml. Flour in a glass includes 150g. So 3 glasses = 450g. This corresponds to the "M" size. The liquid is really not enough. According to the recipes for this bread maker, the minimum amount of flour is 280 ml. Replace one teaspoon of sugar with 1 tablespoon, otherwise the bread will be unleavened. The yeast is correct. According to the book for SD-253, 1 tsp is taken for 450 g of flour. yeast. I answered based on my own experience. Maybe the author of the recipe would have given other recommendations.

Yanochka, thank you very much, this is not the first time you have helped me out. Thank you, I have received comprehensive answers to all my questions and doubts from you. I will try to bake this bread, and I will definitely report on the result.

I decided not to risk it and adjusted this recipe to match the recipe in the book for my HP. This is "Plain White Raisin Bread". But I threw the nuts straight away, so the program was set to "Bake" and not "Bake Rasin" (this is the same 4 hours). Size - L.

The recipe is as follows:
Yeast 1.5 tsp
Wheat flour 500 gr.
Salt 1.5 tsp
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l.
Walnut oil 2 tbsp l.
Water 330 ml
Walnuts (coarsely crushed) 100 gr.

I did it with the lightest crust.
I set a timer for the night for 10 hours. Let me remind you that I threw the nuts right away, and not into the dispenser.
The bread went up very high like in XL. Beautiful, well, sooo aromatic, delicious.
The only thing that I will change in the future: I will put more salt. The oil is probably sweetish. And so the bread is just super. Recommend.

This bread is one of my favorites. I do it quite often, but I never bought walnut oil. I do it as usual. Delicious.
