Tomato soup with corn and smoked meats

Ingredients

tomato juice 1L.
Canned corn 1-2 b.
Smoked sausage 100gr
Brisket 100gr
Ham 100gr.
Sour cream on a plate)))
Greens
Egg var. 2 pcs.
Onion 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • PREPARATION: Tomato juice and canned corn (not draining liquid), mix and put on fire.
  • Chop the brisket, smoked sausage, ham and onion into small cubes and lightly fry, then add to the boiling juice.
  • Bring the soup to a boil, salt, add sugar and pepper to taste, cook for 5-7 minutes.
  • Pour the prepared soup into bowls, garnish with finely chopped herbs and a grated egg.
  • Serve with sour cream.

Note

I took only brisket and sausage. But two cans of corn drunk (we love). I didn't add onion, but added garlic and fried a drop of it. Fried to the rast. oil. Yeah, the soup came out very thick (two cans of corn instead of one!) I diluted it with water, but the taste did not deteriorate a bit.
