Cooking method

  • A very simple and delicious cupcake.
  • Mix the cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs, do not knock.
  • Add flour and baking powder, knead smooth dough. The consistency of thick sour cream.
  • Grease the pan of the pressure cooker with oil, pour out half of the dough.
  • Pour sweet cocoa onto the dough, take a spatula or stick, stir a little to get a marbled look, and pour out the other half of the dough. We level the dough.
  • Close the lid with an open valve, BAKE mode is automatic.
  • We prepare the glaze shortly before the end of the program.
  • Heat the cream, put chocolate in it and stir until dissolved, immediately remove from heat.
  • Remove the cake from the mold and pour hot icing and sprinkle with nuts.
