Pearl barley porridge with meat in oursson MP5005 pressure cooker

Ingredients

pork 500 g
pearl barley 2 multi-glasses
carrot 1 PC
onion 1-2 pcs
salt, spices taste
water 4 multi-glasses

Cooking method

  • Preheat a saucepan in baking mode. Finely chop the onion, fry in oil for a couple of minutes. Cut the meat into pieces and add to the onion. Grate the carrots and add to the meat. Fry until meat and vegetables are slightly browned. Rinse the barley well. Pour into a saucepan, add water. I took water with a ratio of 1: 2 (that is, for 2 multi-glasses of cereal, 4 multi-glasses of water), the porridge turned out to be crumbly. And the final touch - salt, pepper and that's it. Pressure 3, "simmer" mode, by default for 1 hour.
  • Bon Appetit!!!!

Mom Lena, My pressure cooker has one pressure ... 1 hour is not too much?

Lena, is the groats really soft? Do not soak?

Well, getting ready ... I will unsubscribe on the results.

I do not have a program "Simmer". I put it on the program "Put out". Time - 1 hour. But I set this time myself, since the default is 40 minutes.

I didn't soak the groats in advance. I don't know what will come out. I did not find it in bulk. I opened the Uvelka cooking bags.

Well, the sample has been removed. Delicious! The porridge is not burnt. The porridge is not boiled over. Not a mess. Absolutely ready, with every grain you feel like bursting on your tongue. We love this! Class! Whoever likes very soft, it is probably better to soak. But it seemed to me unnecessary. Thanks to the author! The home menu has been successfully diversified. Of course, not for a dinner party, but the children and husband ate with pleasure ...
