Yeast 1 tsp
Flour 450 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Mustard oil 2 tbsp. l.
Milk (or water) 300 ml
Butter 20 g

Cooking method

  • Put all the ingredients according to the instructions for the stove. French bread mode.
  • I had village fat milk, so I took 200 ml of milk and 100 ml of water.

Bayka, thanks for the interesting recipe, I baked it more than once, in country milk, did not dilute it, only replaced the mustard oil with sunflower oil, but put the mustard powder generously, right with a slide, on the "basic" mode and in "French" excellent and very it turns out fragrant!

Today I baked bread according to this recipe, I just added a couple of tablespoons of flax seeds. In French mode and 100% milk.
The bread turned out to be beautiful and tasty (although in vain, probably, I chose the middle crust, I needed a light one, it is more tender). The mustard is not strongly felt, most likely tomorrow the taste will be more noticeable.

the only thing I did was 300 ml. milk. homemade and replaced the mustard oil ingredient with vegetable oil.
