Liver pate in a double boiler Gorene

Ingredients
beef liver 500 g
salt, spices to taste
eggs 3 pcs.
semolina 2 tbsp. l.
olive oil 1 tbsp l.
2-3 onions
Cooking method

Grind the liver with onions in a meat grinder. Beat eggs separately with a whisk, add salt, spices, semolina, pour into the liver, add oil, mix. Put everything in a bowl for cereals, wrap with cling film and put in a double boiler for 90 minutes.

The pate is very tender, it can be put on bread, it can be in porridge, pasta. My kids love. I also cook meat pate
