Needle for stuffing meat and instructions for use
Freken Bock
Anastasia , I also thought about this. Met only completely made of stainless steel, a little expensive.
Do you force something into the scoring needle, crosswise (like in the eye of a needle) or clamp along?

And you into the scoring needle what you force, across (like in the eye of a needle) or along the clamp?

In my instructions for it, it was drawn along. I did so. Truth has used it only once so far!

Anastasia, Thank you so much. This is what I was looking for without success. When I brought the needle home (there are no instructions for it), I just didn’t know what to do with it, I didn’t open the crocodile, or it “stuck”, or they are all like that before the first use. Then I figured it out. But your link is wonderful, even my husband came to see.

Hello everyone! I came to show my purchases today and at the same time loved ones for a long time.
New it is: the scaling needle
Have you already used it? I really want to know the principle of its operation: how I saw on TV that the product that needs to be stuffed in the form of thin strips is put into the groove, the stuffed one is pierced, but how it lingers there and remains is not clear. Do you need to help with your hands, or does the device do it itself?

You pinch the strip of what you will force in the needle (there is such a "crocodile" at the end opposite to the sharp one), pierce a piece of meat with a needle, drag the strip after it, and when the needle comes out, open the "crocodile", the strip remains inside the piece ...

Recently I bought Teskomovskaya needle for stuffing. I found in this thread at first how Freken Bock showed how to use it. Did I understand correctly that only long strips of something can be pulled into the meat? I actually wanted to stuff the meat with garlic and pepper (peas) for baked pork, can't it?

Yes, it is stuffed with long stripes, as if "stitched". Or maybe you should try to pierce a piece of meat with a needle, and push through garlic or peas with your finger in its wake?

Yes, I have always done this, only with a knife So I will continue, and with a needle "embroider" with carrots and bacon

I bought this needle three months ago, I'll tell you right away - I didn't succeed, I put it in the cupboard and in the old fashioned way - with a knife, maybe you will succeed.
however, I practiced on a pork shank, maybe I should have started with carb

I ordered myself another culinary igloo - I'm waiting for delivery
Admin! Could you ask you more about the culinary igloo? Something I have not met and what is it for? Where did you order?

Culinary needle "Tescoma". 420582 looks like this:

Needle for stuffing meat
On the left of the needle, a strip of bacon (for example) is inserted into the cloves and pulled with a sharp end (on the right) through a piece of meat.
This is done when you need to stuff the meat with some other product for taste and other pleasure.

I have already purchased such a needle (a dream come true!) And now I am waiting for the right moment to use it.

Girls - maybe someone knows where in Moscow you can buy such a needle for meat in Moscow, except for the shops?
