Meat loaf with patches (in a pork net)

Ingredients

Minced meat:
Twisted meat 1 kg
A raw egg 1 PC.
Chopped boiled eggs
(pieces of eggs should be visible in the minced meat,
and therefore not very small)
3 pcs.
Raw onion 1 PC.
Shabby on a fine grater
and shredded
and fried onions
2-3 pcs.
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • The net must be bought in advance, it must be intact, without coarse fat scars. Soak it in water throughout the day, constantly changing the water. The next day, you can fill the grid with cold marinade (water, allspice, bitter, bay leaf, onion and garlic). As a result, the mesh will not have an unpleasant odor.
  • Bake pancakes, as for the rolls, at the rate of 6 pancakes (19 cm in diameter) for 1 roll.
  • Minced meat:
  • As always, I think that the most delicious roll is obtained from nutria meat, but of course it can be replaced with pork with lard.
  • Allow the mesh to drain.
  • Spread it on the table, put 4 pancakes on top.
  • (pancakes can be cut by making them square, then 4 pieces are needed. If you lay out round pancakes, then the gaps must be filled with slices of cut pancakes, and therefore 5-6 pieces will be needed. And of course the roll will then come out longer and thicker.)
  • Spread the minced meat over the pancakes, with a layer of about 0.5 cm thick. Cut the net so that it is 4-5 cm larger than the pancakes.
  • Roll up the roll tightly, push the ends of the net into the middle.
  • Put the rolls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes. After that, you need to cool the rolls under the load so that they do not crumble when slicing.

Note

Delicious! (i.e. bon appetit!)

Photos of the finished roll did not come out, alas. I will add it next time.

Well, as promised, a photo of the finished roll:

This time I made a lot of rolls. Wrapped one sheet at a time. Liked. You don't need a large whole piece of mesh.
I put the rolls on a baking sheet, which I laid with foil. Once I tried it usually - I didn't like it, if the bottom is fried, then it lags badly behind the foil. This time I used a round foil collected from Strela candies. This foil is thick and the bottom is excellent.

Mistress, and where is this mesh sold? I have never seen it on sale.
Suslya
The net is sold in the market where the pork is.

lega, we can buy it in the market where pork is sold. I forgot to take a picture of it, so here are a couple of pictures from the Internet. (on occasion I will replace it with my own) It seems it is also called internal fat ...

We still have "Greek women" doing it. Its meaning is that these streaks are white - this is fat, and when cooking, it melts. The roll turns out to be juicy, and the mesh is not felt at all.

And we also treat bronchitis with mesh.

I have never seen the markets closest to my house. Now I will ask the sellers. Thanks for answers.

And we also treat bronchitis with mesh.

In traditional medicine, it is very popular.

Maybe you really need to ask. Here, for example, you have to go for it early, otherwise you might not catch it ...
