Lemongrass Pie (lean)

Ingredients

warm water 100g
dry yeast 2 tea. lies.
sugar 1 tea lies.
flour 2-3 teas. lies.
margarine without animal fats 1 pack (180g)
flour 2 cups (250 grams)
salt pinch

sugar 1 glass

Cooking method

  • Put the dough: add yeast to warm water, 1 tsp. lies. sugar, 2-3 tsp. lies. flour. Leave it warm for 15-20 minutes.
  • Grind margarine with 2 stacks. flour and salt. Mix the dough and crumb. Form the dough into a ball. Put on for 30 minutes. in the refrigerator.
  • Heat the mold, grease with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into 2 parts: large and small. Roll out most of it, lay out the filling (turn lemon through a meat grinder with zest, but without seeds, mix with 1 glass of sugar)
