Beef with onions in oursson 4002 pressure cooker

Ingredients

Beef 1 kg
Medium onion 4 things.
Salt taste
Pepper mix taste
Butter 50 g

Cooking method

  • Cut the beef (I had a sirloin edge) into medium-sized pieces. Cut the onion into thin half rings. Sprinkle the meat and onions with salt and pepper and stir. Put pieces of butter on the bottom of the saucepan, put the meat and onions on top, spread a couple more thin slices of butter on top (so that the top pieces are not dry). Switch on the Beef / Lamb mode for 40 minutes.
  • I have a lot of oil in the photo. I put it about 150 grams, of course I went too far. But the meat turned out to be melting in the mouth. When you turn off the multicooker, everything needs to be moved. The upper onion remains in half rings, and the lower and in the middle, with stirring, ends in a "gruel", very tasty. Pasta or mashed potatoes are suitable for garnish, in my opinion.
