Pork with figs, cinnamon and rosemary

Ingredients

Pork 1 kg
Figs of St. 6 pcs.
Pepper bulg. 1 PC.
Onion (large onion) 1 PC.
Cinnamon 2 fell.
Oil for frying meat and vegetables

Cooking method

  • We take a good pork sham. Mode in portions, quickly fry and put in a ceramic pot. Fill with hot water and simmer over low heat for at least an hour.
  • Fry the onions and bell peppers separately. Add to the meat along with figs (cut into 4 pieces), cinnamon and a sprig of rosemary.
  • Pork with figs, cinnamon and rosemary
  • Another 15 minutes. over low heat and can be served. The scent is fabulous! The meat was not saturated with the taste of figs, the figs did not gain too much meat taste. But together they were combined just amazing!
  • I tried cinnamon with meat for the first time. The experiment was successful.
