Something I didn't understand ... does she have a manual mode?
SupercoW
guys, does anyone have real measurements of the bowl? this model and six-liter.
MarinkaT
I registered here specially. I was looking for a bowl for this pressure cooker. What kind of stainless steel replacement did not find. but today I ordered a bowl with a gasket from the manufacturer. Bowl-150 UAH, gasket-30 UAH. Sizes, if it's actual, I'll try to measure it, I constantly forget to do it, because the Internet is only at work, but I come running home and immediately BOOK))))
here are the dimensions of the bowl H = 16, D = 24, bottom about 17.8. THIS IS 6 Liter bowl!
Yesterday I tried to make a biscuit in it. Baking program 15 minutes 3 times. Not baked, rose and fell. And in general he seemed to me rubber. The recipe took such 4 eggs, 1 cartoon. stack. sah., 1.5 mult. stack. flour.
Jellied meat - for two hours on the Soup mode. Wonderful.
Shurpa is wonderful.
mashed potatoes - excellent.
Pilaf is good, but I think due to the fact that I took already parboiled rice.
Milk corn porridge with pumpkin on a delayed start - delicious, but slightly burnt. On the program Kasha.
Without a delayed start on the same program, it burned more, but it was still delicious.
Buckwheat with ribs is excellent. The child said it was like "soldier's porridge".
That's all for now. I haven't figured out baking yet.
Letting off steam calmly.
Ant
What a good complete answer, I haven't found anything like this anywhere else. How long have you had this pressure cooker? I choose between her and Dex 40. In Dex, everything suits, but I would like a bigger bowl. In Myrta, the control is not clear and this is a display color scheme .... Please tell us about the control. Thank you.
In general, are you satisfied with your UK?
MarinkaT
Muravushka, I have nothing to compare with))) I'm happy. Here. Today I have to pick up the second bowl from the New mail. I chose it mainly with a reference to a large bowl. At first I looked at everything on the internet, I saw 7l Sinbo here. And I went to a representative in the city at a warehouse with such a volume in stock. And already "burned". My Mirta was at the Epicenter and 5 liters. And a bunch of Redmond. Estessno, the seller began to dissuade me from Mirta. Advised to come the next day, there will be big discounts for Redmond. I came, and for the pressure cooker I needed (I didn't want a cartoon for the same money))) they gave only 36 UAH. discounts ((((But there was another young man who, on the contrary, dissuaded me from overpaying to Redmond)))) And he began to show Mirtochka. That's how I took it, especially since there was a discount of 130 UAH for it. Now I already know that it was possible to take it in the internet even cheaper.
I can't compare the cup with anything. I have Kenwood HP for 6 years, the bucket is the same. Appearance - they are all Dax and Scarlet and Saturn (Sturn was also in the store, but he was not advised to me) are similar. It's not sensory. If there are wall cabinets, you will have to wait for the pressure to be released, if not, like mine, you can open the valve yourself. Although ... the steam is not hot.
The controls are simple. Turn on the cord, turn the main large button-wheel to the right - select the mode. If you turn left on the selected mode, time is added. The lid should be closed, the tail valve is set in the direction along the handle - not perpendicular, but somewhere like this 0 ---. Mirta begins to gain pressure, but the time is still not counting, flashing in different colors. Approximately 10-15 minutes are needed for porridge, 25-32 minutes for the first. That is, this acceleration time must be taken into account during delayed start. Delayed start-there is a button. And the reset button is on the right. Everything is sooo simple. When cooking starts, flashing stops.
Yes, it's a pressure cooker!
I do not wait for the pressure to be released, but calmly turn the valve like this - 0.
Today I cooked buckwheat porridge on the rice program. 1 to 2. It turned out very well, moderately steamed, not boiled. On Kasha it comes out more mushy.
My employee is already saving up money for a 5 liter)))
Oh yes! It picks very nicely, does not cut the ear, does not undermine anyone in the morning, but you can hear it.
The smell of the pad was gone on the 5th day of cooking.
I need to cook for 3 adults and 2 children with good appetite. Everything that was shown to me before, the bowls, seemed to me small. write 5 liters, but in fact 4 or 4.5. I didn't measure mine. But she suited me. I cooked some jellied meat on Sunday - today there is still one plate.
Ant
Thanks Marina for the answer.
I am also very attracted by the large bowl. I looked in Dex and realized that for me the bowl is too small, 5 liters is written, but in real life it is exactly 2 cm below the edge, and this is 1 liter, and if there is also foam, then even less comes out. It is clear that you do not cook such large volumes every day, but if you take it, it’s so much larger.
And for how much jellied meat is cooked in it? Overclocking for porridge - is it a full pan?
And can you still have its approximate dimensions?
Where did you order an additional saucepan for it?
Thanks again.
MarinkaT
I wrote to Mirta's mail in Kiev, they have an office. site))
- answered from this mail- Zhurba Andrey. True, they did not send it so quickly, after 3 days. I'll take it away tonight and I can write what it looks like. The same or different)))
The seller assured me that this technique would soon be promoted like a century. I hear people are happy.
In terms of dimensions ... I have already written about the dimensions. The bowl is large. I have a stainless steel Rendel for 5 liters, I cook enough for 2 two days for five)). In Myrtha it seems to be the same. You just need to pour it into storage.
Dax and I also did it. I can't feel it, but I liked it according to the descriptions. The fact is that when I took mine, next to it stood five-liter Saturn and Mirta - they were the same, and mine was larger. And when I opened a 4507 Redmond pressure cooker nearby, it was really such a bittersweet in comparison. Although they didn't really want to give me for comparison))) They lie, bastards. They write one thing, but in fact, another. If only Dax was standing next to him. What is the height of the bowl? In my 16 cm. I have to ask the girls around here. If Dax is the same as Saturn, then ... (the most curious - I'll go look)
I cooked the jellied meat in 2 hours. And then, it was just curious, she opened and reported more meat. The fact is that the NE water does not go anywhere. And I decided that my jellied meat would not freeze in such an amount of water. (I made a control plate, froze!) I put it at 1 hour, the pork leg was already ready, I reported the beef for another 1 hour. All. Over the night in the UK, it cooled down, put it in plates in the morning. I hear many put their jellied meat on gas at night - this is their argument so as not to buy SV)))). But I can't do that. And during the day it is impossible to cook, there are enough other things, work, and then sleep))
Overclocking for porridge is for 2 multi-glasses of cereal. I don't know what time depends on yet. The more water the soup, the longer. And I haven't cooked porridge for a company yet))). 2-2.5 m. Cups of buckwheat is enough for me for everyone at a time, and this is an acceleration of 15 minutes + 8 minutes of cooking.
I did pilaf on Kasha 15 + 15. A little fried. I will try on Rice, but not 8 minutes, but 10-12. The smallest mode is 5 minutes. In my opinion on the fish. That is, you can try to select different modes. There is a recipe book. But I still cooked nothing on it. All while I'm scooping. Plus I'm experimenting.
MarinkaT
I can't insert a picture.
Multicooker-pressure cooker Mirta MPC 16

Height 16cm
Ant
Thank you))) I will also order myself a spare saucepan.
In Dex, the pan is 13cm high.
Very good time for jellied meat, one might say 1 hour
And a book with recipes, at least for the first time, is also good. I saw from the reviews that people wrote that there was no book. Well, then the last question - is there a steaming plate or is it I want a lot?
Experiment, write, it will be very interesting. I'll probably order myself a present for the New Year tomorrow)))

Multicooker-pressure cooker Mirta MPC 16

I recently bought such a daisy for 15 UAH. But you can find a silicone one - I was not looking. Today I made vegetables for Olivier for a couple of 16 minutes, poured 1-1.5 m. Stack to the bottom. water. Then pilaf for 15 minutes, steamed rice. I worked on salad longer.
In reality, 5 liters is included in the pan up to the 4/5 mark. But even that is a lot for me.
Yes, the eggs didn't burst!
Ant
Well, it came true))) I bought a pressure cooker today))) Now I will master it. By the way, I have a plate for steaming + a small book with recipes for a multicooker.
MarinkaT
Cool! In general, it is strange, some have no recipe book, others have a double boiler. But they sent me a second saucepan and put another spoon
By the way, you need to gently with a saucepan. This spoon seems to me a bit rough for her. I take wood or silicone. But I'm happy all the same. Our grandfather in particular))) True, I do not quite understand him, what's the matter? )))) the cook is the same
Oh, I'm already waiting for NG. I will GATOVE in it !!!
What is your steamer size? Many people complain that not much comes out in CF.
One more tip. After cooking, I disassemble the lid - water remains there. I wipe it dry, cover the pan itself with a towel, and already have a lid on top so that excess moisture will go away while I do not use it. Here's something I don't believe in modern stainless steel. We have so the flange on the water tank broke through - STAINLESS !, but it turned out to be dusting and rust. My friends bought some sort of stock MV Redmond. Relatives broke them off))) Although my husband went specifically for Mirta. So they also do this with the lid, we did not agree)))
Ant
The fact that it is gentle, of course, is Teflon ...
Steamer, plate, made of stamped sheet of thin metal, on legs with holes with a diameter of 6-7mm, plate height 4.5cm, diameter 19.5cm. I would take a picture, but I have not yet learned how to do it here. I don't know how long she will last, you squishy one.
Thanks for the advice. I'll be armed. I haven't cooked anything yet, I just looked at the recipes in SV today. And I'm also waiting for NG, I will chemise))).
About the cover, I agree. How to disassemble it? And I'm afraid to correct her brains ahead of time
And I tried to buy Myrta for a whole week, but in one store they promised to call back, they were silent, then they said that she would not be there. In another store, they also poured out, and now, only yesterday I was able to pick up my assistant. My husband is already waiting for my exploits)))
MarinkaT
Quote: Ant

About the cover, I agree. How to disassemble it?
The main cover, and an aluminum disc with a gasket is attached under it. There is a stick sticking out - you pull it - the cover is removed. This is where condensation accumulates. All. rubbed and put back.
Ant
Thank you ))
Yesterday I decided to try Myrta. So as not to feel sorry for the products, I decided to cook pasta. I put it on for 5 minutes (fish), I just forgot to add salt))) In principle, it worked, but it was scary when the sv began to hiss and steam and water began to come out of it, she released bubbles from herself at first ...
I just wanted to ask, how can I set the time if I need, say, not 15 minutes, but 17, well, or less? I spun the wheel - somewhere the time changes (and in a larger direction), but somewhere the program is different ... Maybe I turned this wheel in the wrong direction? But it seems like I tried in different directions ... And the Teplovidmin button is for what?
MarinkaT
Teplovidmina - cancellation of any program, cancellation of heating - after the end of cooking, the CB goes into heating mode.
When we select the program, turn to the right, increase the time, turn to the left.
And to reduce, I also do not know. But the smallest fish program is 5 minutes. I am not attached to programs. I look at the time. It seems to me, IMHO, that there is no special meaning in the name of the program. Maybe in more advanced models there is a difference - baking a biscuit or making yogurt. But here everything is probably much simpler.
And you can also make yogurt) The girls shared. We poured water at 40C, put jars of milk, closed the lid and on the timer. SV keeps the temperature like a thermos, due to this the milk sour.
Try naval macaroni. First, with the lid open, fry the onion with minced meat, salt), add the pasta, mix, pour over water, so that it only slightly covers the pasta. All. 8 minutes.
Do not be afraid. And the fact that she spits so much ... maybe there was a lot of water? Although, it was pasta and they didn't need a lot of water ...
Be bolder and everything will work out.
I'll try the biscuit again now. I never got it in the oven. I don’t know how to do it at all (and the SV raises it in a different way.
MarinkaT
Here I figured out a decrease in temperature. On the example of Rice. We turn it to the left - the temperature increases, we turn it to the end and the countdown starts not from 8 minutes, but from 5 minutes.
I saw one more moment.
Myrtha does not bake!
I put the biscuit for 60 minutes. Baking - after a certain time, it starts to explode and gives an error E3.
apparently, without liquid it is difficult for her to cook for so long (, Before that, I set for 30 minutes several times and there were all the rules. It also seems to me because of a new saucepan. It comes in a little denser than a native one. ".
Nani
Good evening! We got this multicooker before the New Year. Satisfied, made the preparation much easier! Aspic, as I read here in 2 hours, could have been a little less. French meat. But then rice, buckwheat. I also tried to bake a biscuit, it also turned out, but a little rubbery. Here's just one BUT ... I just can't put it on a delayed start, like I'm doing everything according to the instructions, but alas, I start cooking immediately according to the program. I don't know, I've tried it more than once, my husband is already laughing, where is the promised breakfast. I paid attention to this function when buying! Or I still didn't understand something, or something is wrong in the program. Tell me please! Thank you in advance!
oksana_ts
Hello everyone! We bought this multicooker three weeks ago, it cooks deliciously, but almost guessingly chose the functions (the instruction somehow explains the recipe a bit toughly), and so, today they sent me an e-book with recipes in pdf format, I can't upload it to the forum, if anyone can to do it - I will drop it on the e-mail.

Nani, it's simple. Select the program, then use the upper left button on the timer *, choose the delay plus the cooking time, plus the time for pressure (we count on our own). Have chosen. We do not press anything else, we wait for the blinking to stop and turn green. Everything, time has gone back. The main thing is to select the program, then to the timer and do not press anywhere else. Everything should work out.
with you a recipe for meat in French))))
do not hesitate to ask. Than I can :)

[/ qute] Thank you very much! And I put it on the contrary, first the timer, then the program. In the instructions so, even now I revised it. Now I will cook, I will try at least for a small start. And I laid the meat in French as usual when baking in the oven, (meat, onion, cheese. Mayonnaise) In the Baking mode. I had pork, not small pieces, set for 1 hour, softish. The second time, the next day, for 40 minutes, just right.True, there is no such crust as in the oven, but it seems tastier. Did you cook borscht? So many positive reviews, but I don't know, consistency is also important there.
Ant
Hello girls! There are more of us, the owners of Myrtha! And it pleases.
It did not work with a delayed start.
But I cooked jellied meat, tried steamed dumplings, and cooked corn porridge. I put the jelly for 40 + 40 minutes, in principle it was normal, froze, but it was possible to hold it for another 15 minutes. The meat was not as boiled as it was on the stove in 6 hours. But this is not for everybody.
The porridge turned out fine, but I went too far with the water. I read somewhere that 1 m. From. cereals people 5 m. from. water was added. I was surprised and poured 4 glasses. Still a bit too much. Maybe if the porridge stood for an hour, it would have absorbed, and so ... although I did not relieve pressure, I waited for Mirta to relieve herself.
Here, more about dumplings. We wandered around the city for half a day, came home, there is nothing to eat. We decided to try the dumplings in Myrtle, they spoke quickly. Well, I, of course, naphala dumplings on a plate denser, sideways, in order to feed three at a time. 5 minutes is not enough, you need more. But the question is how to salt them? Top or what? Or salt water like in a saucepan? In general, I forget about salt. And she didn't add salt to the pasta, and the dumplings came out unsalted.
Here. Maybe someone will use my experience.
Ant
Marina, did you get the biscuit? Or haven't you tried it again? My oven was bad before, but it was good for bizet. I bought myself a new stove in the fall, albeit with a gas oven, but with a fan !!! True, it has not yet reached the biscuits, but everything else bakes well, even burns, you have to put 2 baking sheets. So you may have this situation with the oven too. Or the consistency of the dough is not the same ...
Oksana, I am also interested in the e-book. Let's try to dump one page at a time, somehow I'm not particularly strong in computer nuances. If you can, drop it on my box.
MarinkaT
Ant, my biscuit does not work in Myrtle-baked in the oven on convection. It turned out bearable. And in porridge I take the proportion of 1k2. Now I put corn porridge for breakfast with a delay. 2.5 Art. cereals, 3 tbsp. water, 2 tbsp. milk and ice so that the milk does not turn sour. Salt, sugar * dried fruits. 12 minutes Fig. It will still burn a little, but mine consider it a casserole)))
MarinkaT
Nani, I cooked borsch. Only instead of beans I put lentils, so the borscht was not the classic red color, but brown. Tasty, but not as I usually cook on the stove. I want it to be burgundy)). The scheme is as follows: first, the frying is fried with the lid open, then everything else, salt, spices. For color, you must not forget a little vinegar. And Soup for 30 minutes.
I haven't cooked anything from the recipe book yet, everything is based on intuition.
Nani
Marina, Thank you! Yesterday I tried to cook borscht, okay. I also made a frying first, squeezed out a little lim. juice, then everything else, but the truth put on stewing for 30 minutes. Too much time, you need less, cabbage is softish. The color is beautiful, rich. Little by little I want to try everything in it.
JustTanya
Good day to all !!!! Today I also became (unexpectedly) the owner of Myrtha. Take to your company. Unexpectedly, because they were planning to purchase a completely different model. But this is how the circumstances developed and now we have Mirta. And I am very glad that I am not alone, that there is your forum. Because on the wide open spaces of the Internet, nothing can be found about our Mirtochka. I'll tell you what was included, a measuring cup, a spoon (a little rough), a steaming grill, and a small book with recipes. Now I will master this miracle of technology. (of course, you can't do without your help)

Thank you!!! Marina!!! Today we just boiled water in it. (just in case) Tomorrow morning we'll try porridge with jew's harp. I'll unsubscribe later.
Something I'm afraid of her. The pressure cooker just never happened. There is HP, there is MV, but I will try to be friends with a pressure cooker.I hope she loves me.

The girls stewed potatoes with mushrooms today. Somehow it doesn’t turn out quickly. The pressure was gaining 20 minutes and extinguished for another 40 minutes. Does everyone have this or just me ??? True, I boiled rice for meatballs, something like the pressure quickly accumulated. probably 5-6 minutes. Now I want to try a reprieve for porridge for breakfast. I can’t figure it out. Tell me who is already using this function. how to display it correctly? Thank you!!!
JustTanya
Well, in general, I still do not know how to use the forum. like this from the hot pictures as much as 2 times.
Helen888
Good afternoon, to all the owners of the Mirta pressure cooker! I specially registered on this forum, because I also became its owner. For almost a year now I have been using the Mulinex 4000 pressure cooker and am very pleased with it. But over time, I realized that she alone was not enough for me and my husband gave this miracle to help. Before printing the box, I decided to find at least some information, reviews and useful tips about it. After reading these couple of pages, I can't understand why you exhibit such a long time, does she really cook for so long? In comparison with moulinex, borscht I cook for only 8 minutes at low pressure, and here it is already 30 minutes. And also the question arises what is the difference in the modes "Porridge" and "Rice"?
Helen888
Also, the question arose, is there a different pressure in different modes, as in Moulinex, because, to be honest, I got used to cooking mainly at low pressure? I am afraid that Mirrochka does not disappoint from the first day, I have already fallen in love with her! Thank you in advance for your reply and wish you quick and delicious meals!

The question immediately arises, but when extinguishing, what is the pressure also gaining? I wonder then what kind of pressure and temperature is created there?
Helen888
Sorry to throw up questions, I just want to understand this miracle of technology, and given that there is something to compare with, I want to understand the difference in their work with a mulychka
JustTanya
Hello everybody!!! I have the first pressure cooker (myrtle mrs 16) And only 3 days. And somehow such questions did not bother. Now I also want to know everything. Well, in general, it’s still difficult to call it a pressure cooker (or I don’t understand something), but she cooked my potatoes with mushrooms for the stewing function for 1 hour, somehow not at all quickly. She gained pressure for 20 minutes and extinguished for 40 minutes. Today porridge for breakfast from cereals, on porridge with ready time - 15 minutes Probably you need a minimum time of 10 minutes (and the pressure was gaining 5 minutes). Well, it’s very boiled. (Though not burnt) and tastier than in a saucepan on the stove. The delayed start has not been tried. Well, somehow so far, I will carry out tests further.
Helen888
Tanya, you may try to put less time for this kind of porridge. I think 3 minutes (if not less) is enough. According to the characteristics, Moulinex and 6L of myrtle have the same power and volume. I think it should be enough. Considering that mine is still sealed (I have 5L), I simply do not have time to deal with it, I look forward to the weekend, so there is no time to experiment and you should also write about your experiments here. For comparison, I cook rice in mulinex for 8 minutes at low pressure, macaroni for 4 minutes, buckwheat for 8 minutes too.Considering that low pressure is more gentle and at it the heating temperature is lower, then at high pressure this time can be reduced by another 1-2 minutes. Therefore, excuse me and ask such questions in order to sort out the time in the future.
JustTanya
Hello everyone!!! Today I cooked the horns together with the sausages for the function of the pic. (8 min) The horns turned out to be great, but the sausages have lost themselves. (very boiled) put it on top of the horns, and poured the horns with water to just cover it a little bit and add a little salt and add a little butter. Well, in general, according to the 5-point system, the experiment is 4. My daughter liked it.
Helen888
Tanya, were the horns normal in 8 minutes? And what grade of flour were they made from? I just start copying all your recommendations here on a separate sheet, making a cheat sheet.
JustTanya
And what a tricky one. (well, I'm kidding). the horns were cool unlike the sausages. ... cones on the package it says like this pasta group B class - extra. did not go into details. - but the horns were cooked well, you do not need to rinse. Now I cook more precisely, I try to cook fights for the stewing function, because with meat, more precisely with a turkey neck. tomorrow I will unsubscribe and take a picture (if it turns out now, the aroma is really delicious ... and we'll see what happens.
JustTanya
The borscht turned out to be delicious. I really did frying in a frying pan, on the stove. In general, the meat has been boiled and on the stewing program for borscht a lot, probably next time I will reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes. I think that 35 minutes will be more than enough.
Helen888
Good day to all! I got very interesting information on the issues on which I tormented you here. Information from the official website of the manufacturer. To my question about whether this pressure cooker has an automatic change in the pressure level for different cooking programs, I received the answer: "The pressure changes automatically in different programs. Temperature modes in the insert. The lower the temperature, the lower the pressure." It turns out that our beauty sets the level of pressure on different programs herself. To anyone interested, I can throw a plate with temperatures in all modes.
Helen888
And by the way, in the Turkish versions of these pressure cookers, the Rice program is called Plov. I also noticed a typo in the booklet by the cartoon. On the Baking program, there is an automatic time of 18 minutes, and in this plate, 45 minutes go with an interval of 20-90 minutes instead of 5-33 stated in the instructions. I haven't tested this nuance in my pressure cooker yet.
JustTanya
Oh, I wonder !!! Please change if possible. Yesterday I stewed cabbage in my Mirtochka. Delicious turned out. Only a lot of time, then 25 minutes (for a function of soup). need 15 minutes because it was very soft. Well, for something fragrant and very tasty. Everyone liked my family.
JustTanya
I haven't tried baking either. the truth is, I have an oven for this and HP. I took it as a pressure cooker. I am slowly getting used to my pressure cooker.
Helen888
To which address should Tanechka send the plate to you. Here you can't put it out so that everyone can see it.
JustTanya
Here you are. I will print and will be handy in the kitchen. Well, somehow it happened by chance. I don't know how to delete a message
