Category: Fish dishes

Ingredients

Music notes 700g (packing)
Onion (large) 1 PC
Carrots (large) 1 PC
A tomato 1 PC
Sauce 2 tbsp. l
Salt 1.5 tsp
Freshly ground black pepper taste
Apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp. l
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • Defrost the fish, cut off the fins, remove the scales. Rinse well. Cut the onion and tomato into half rings. Grate carrots on a coarse grater. Combine vegetables in a separate bowl, salt for 1 hour. l salt, add Chili sauce (you can replace with homemade adjika or just sweet pepper) and mayonnaise. Stir well, separate about half and place in a bowl, level. Put the fish on the vegetable "pillow", add salt with the remaining salt, pepper, sprinkle with vinegar, put the remaining vegetables on top. Close the lid. "Soup" 21min. The pressure builds up after 8 minutes. 13 minutes are left to cook fish under pressure, which is quite enough. The pressure will equalize itself.

The dish is designed for

700g fish + vegetables

Time for preparing:

21min + pressure equalization

Note

I don’t know where, it turns out a lot of sauce (layer about one and a half cm). The fish is unusually juicy and tasty. The ridge is completely detached, and the fin bones are easily moved with a fork, and there are simply no other bones. Bon Appetit!!!
