Vegetable "Knot"

Ingredients

Bulgarian pepper 1 PC.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
A tomato 1 PC.
Rice 1 \ 2m. Art.
Sour cream 3st. l.
Zucchini 1 PC.
Cheese 50g.
Minced meat (optional) 200g.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Rinse the rice, pour 2 times more boiling water in volume, cover the lid and leave for 10 minutes. I had Kuban round rice, I took it by mistake. Then drain the water.
  • Cut the bell pepper and tomato into cubes, the onion into half rings, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
  • In a bowl, mix vegetables, minced meat, rice, sour cream, season to taste, stir.
  • Cut the zucchini into rings, 2cm thick.
  • Put the zucchini on the foil, form a "cutlet" of vegetables on top with your hands. Form the foil in a "knot". Place the nodules on a baking sheet.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 40 minutes, 5 minutes until ready to open the knots and sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Leave uncovered to melt the cheese.

  • Delicious! You can make the dish lean by excluding minced meat.

Handsomely. And I have no doubt that it is delicious. It's a pity my husband doesn't eat that, but I don't want to cook for myself.
Omela
Luda, Thank you! My identity does not eat .. But here with pleasure. Even on the second day.

Ksyusha, why didn't you cook in a cuckoo? Do you think the oven is better?
Omela
People, yes even a thought did not arise .. How many of these knots will fit there? That and the cheese should then brown .. I mostly make meat in the cuckoo.
kirch
Yes, I also cook meat and broth. And more pilaf. Previously, my husband cooked in a cauldron, but now she has adapted to a cuckoo.
