Carrot Pineapple Pie

Ingredients

eggs 2
a glass of brown sugar 1
butter 100g
a glass of whole grain flour 1st
baking powder 1h l.
jar of finely chopped pineapples 250gr
a glass of grated carrots 1st
soda 3 / 4h l.

Cooking method

  • I consider this recipe to be the best among such recipes. Juicy thanks to pineapple and healthy because it is made from whole grain flour.

  • Preparation: 15 minutes | Cooking: 40 minutes
  • 1. Melt butter, add sugar. Mix everything well, add eggs and salt.
  • 2. Then add carrots and pineapples. Pre-drain the pineapple water through a sieve and squeeze them out. Mix baking soda, baking powder and flour and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  • 3. Put the mass in a greased mold. Bake at 175C degrees for about 40 minutes.
  • 4. Top the cake with fondant or whipped Philadelphia cream cheese and sugar.

Note

You can also use regular first grade flour. And the baking powder was not there, I did without it.
