Ingredients

Water 250g.
Wheat flour (I have 1c) 150g.
Honey 18g.
Dry instant yeast 3d.
Dough:

Sour cream 20% 125g.
Salt 7d.

Cooking method

  • For dough, heat the water with honey to 40C. Add flour, beat, cover and leave for 20 minutes.
  • For the dough, add all the ingredients except the seeds to the dough. Stir with a spoon until smooth, cover and leave for 20 minutes.
  • Next, knead for 10-12 minutes at medium-high speed.
  • Add seeds, stir in until evenly distributed over the dough for 2 minutes at minimum speed. Soft dough:

  • Put the dough on the table. Oil your hands if necessary. Fold in an envelope, place in a greased container, cover and leave at 30C for 30 minutes:

  • Sprinkle the preform with water before baking. Cut if desired.
