Why did the choice fall on tops and greens?

The first... The enormous nutritional value of plant leaves is evident and undeniable. Sometimes tops and greens contain much more vitamins and minerals than the roots of these plants.

Fourth... To enhance the effect of herbal cocktails, you can add a little 50-100 ml to them. per serving, natural mineral water, and the one that you need for the treatment and prevention of diseases.

Fifth... Such cocktails are very useful for cleansing the body and losing weight, while following a diet, since such cocktails can completely replace 1-2 meals. I know from myself that taking such a cocktail in the morning is very nutritious, I absolutely do not want to eat for several hours, and a feeling of lightness. Cocktails are thick, rich in taste, and can be eaten with a spoon.

The only drawback of these cocktails is their color!
The color depends on the composition of herbs, greens, tops - what color will be more, this color will lead.
And since the grass and tops are always gray-brown-raspberry color, then the cocktails also turn out to be the same color.
But you can survive it!

Today I cooked for the morning mango-strawberry with spinach leaves and beet tops.

Cocktail composition (smoothie) for one serving 250-300 ml.
Fresh beet tops - a pinch
Fresh spinach leaves - pinch
Fresh mango - ½ pc. small
Strawberry-raspberry - 2 tbsp. l. from the freezer, a mixture of berries, whipped without sugar
Natural mineral water - 100 ml.

Put all the ingredients in a blender, beat for 1-2 minutes, pour into glasses.
Drink a fresh cocktail immediately after preparation, otherwise it will oxidize in the air and lose its beneficial properties. The cocktail turns out to be gray-brown-raspberry color, natural color, normal to taste, you can drink without sweetening, but you can add a little 1-2 tsp. honey.

In large blenders, you need to prepare a lot (large volume) of cocktails, which is problematic if you only need one glass of cocktail, or if each family member needs a cocktail according to their personal composition.
