milk 5st. l.
flour 4st or more
salt 1 st. l.
egg 2 pcs.
sour cream 1 st.
vegetable oil 5 tbsp. l
filling
minced chicken 0.5KG
ramson (wild garlic) bunch
green onions bunch
carrot optional
salt pepper
egg 1 PC.

  • So, let's begin. Dilute yeast with sugar in milk, let rise for 15 minutes. Then combine all the ingredients and at the end add our yeast cap. The dough is not very steep. Let the dough rise for 1 hour or more. I have risen twice, or even more. Now for the artistic part. Roll out the dough into a layer, lay the filling on it

  • I fit into a cupcake pan, and you go wherever your fantasy desires. Raking will also take at least 15-20 minutes. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.

Note

the author says that the most delicate buns are obtained if you steam them. I cooked them with sausages, grumbling in the form of flowers, I will also tell you it did not work out badly.
