Thanks to the author, the cookies are quick and tasty (I took half of the sugar, there was not enough cereal for a glass, but everything worked out). I used the first grade flour, in the recipe a glass: I took 160g. Instead of butter, margarine is 82%.

margarine 82%

I envy you with white envy. We can't find this at all, but it is needed for baskets according to GOST and for sand.

Svetlenki,
Margarine in assortment, from 50 to 82%, costs five times cheaper than butter, about $ 0.5, I don't consider it unhealthy

Sveta, but why is 82.5% oil not suitable for sand and baskets?

why is 82.5% oil not suitable

Tanyush, everything went from Dance, Tanya. She talked about margarine being preferable. I can't find a quote, I thought it was in her baskets. But I don't see ... Maybe in "Well, very preparatory ..." they discussed margarine.

I don't think he's unhealthy

I am of the same opinion

Sveta, I don't know about margarine, but Erme says that the better the quality of the butter, the tastier the baked goods.
eecz
4er-ta, Tatyana, the question is not for me, but I will answer for margarine: I use it in baking almost everywhere, I replace 99% of butter in recipes. I do this solely out of greed: margarine is much cheaper. I used to bake in oil, there is no difference, this fact was also noted by eaters
Svetlenki
Well, Erme is Erme, and GOSTs are GOSTs ... And 82% of Europe does not know exactly about margarine. But in vain. They also do not know about your custard bread, this is also very in vain. Well, okay, it's still fixable.

For flooding me ay-ay-ay
