Munich-style solyanka with bacon (multicooker Brand 37501)

Spikachki (I have "Prague") or sausages 300 gr.
Potatoes 500 gr.
White cabbage 500 gr.
Carrot 200 gr.
Large onion 250 gr.
Bulgarian pepper 1/2 pod
Large tomato 1 PC.
Garlic 2-3 teeth
Spices: paprika, turmeric, coriander ** 1/4 tsp each
Pepper mix "4 peppers" taste
Bay leaf 1 PC.
Sugar 1/3 tsp
Dry greens: celery, green onions, parsley 1/2 tsp.
Salt to taste
Black peppercorns 2 pcs.
Vegetable oil 2 tsp
Fresh herbs: dill, parsley, green onions

Cooking method

  • Solyanka* Munich-style with pork
  • The history of the dish: I'm standing at the checkout in the store. I miss you. And my eyes fall on the stand with bags of ready-made seasonings like "....... for the second". I snatch from all the variety one name: Solyanka in Munich. Let me think I'll read what it is. Having studied the set of products necessary for making Munich-style hodgepodge and the composition of spices, and comparing the availability of products in the refrigerator, I understand that I want to cook it. I quickly take pictures of food and spices with my phone. And here we have Solyanka in Munich for dinner.
  • Cooking method:
  • Chop the cabbage into strips.
  • Mix spices and dry herbs: paprika, turmeric, coriander, 4 peppers, celery, parsley and dry green onions. Add salt 1/3 tsp. Put the cabbage in a bowl, add the spice mixture and crush a little with your hands to make the juice stand out. Leave for a while.
  • At this time, peel, wash, dry the rest of the vegetables.
  • Slice:
  • Potatoes - 1.5-2 cm cubes.
  • Bulgarian pepper - straws.
  • Onions - in quarters of rings.
  • Tomato - half rings.
  • Fats and carrots - in circles.
  • Pour vegetable oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Put prepared foods in layers in a multicooker bowl: onions, bell peppers, carrots, potatoes, bacon, cabbage along with spices. Salt. Spread the tomato half rings over the surface of the cabbage and sprinkle with sugar. (The products were bookmarked above the max mark.) Add bay leaves and black peppercorns. Enable mode STEWING - 45 minutes... Add chopped garlic 15 minutes before the end of the program.
  • After the signal, stir the hodgepodge and serve, sprinkle with chopped dill, parsley and green onions.
  • Munich-style solyanka with bacon (multicooker Brand 37501)
  • Bon Appetit!

Note

* I cooked a hodgepodge as a second dish. But with a slight movement of the hand pants turn the hodgepodge turns into the first - into a very thick soup. To do this, add 1 glass of water to the multicooker bowl.

** you can also add cumin and cumin to spices. Unfortunately I ran out.

Oh, come on! The photo is the most common. I took pictures in haste, because children knocked with spoons

still in pots

I noticed that it is worth serving any dish (it does not matter the first, second or compote) in ceramic pots / tureens / cocotte bowls, children not only eat everything, but also ask for supplements. Mystic .
Tanyulya
Ksyusha, beautyaa !!!
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Tanyush, Thank you! Also delicious! I and the children ate almost all the "bucket".

I drag it to bookmarks. It looks very appetizing, although I do not like all kinds of sausages-sausages-pork fat there.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Zoya, and replace with mushrooms and will also be.
It is possible without any "meat and sausage" fillers, a lean option.
Zoya Grishina
Xenia, thank you. Probably for my family, the most it will be, if you add kopseny sausage, tongue. My son doesn't eat mushrooms, nobody eats pork pork. But the smoked sausage will be the most.
Thanks again for the recipe.

smoked sausage will be the most.

Yes, yes, yes, the Prague pork pork is just smoked, because the smoked sausage is very good.
Cook, taste for health. We really enjoyed. The main thing is without unnecessary body movements.
Zoya Grishina
Thanks again.

Just add to the recipe when to send it to the multicooker ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Tatyana, thanks, fixed. I forgot about them, dear ones
Zoya Grishina
I would put it somewhere in the middle, for example, under the tomatoes.
Zoya Grishina
While writing, Ksenia answered. Thanks for the clarification.

I do it tomorrow. A good selection of food - usually all this is in the house - and a good combination; will be delicious, I'm sure. And I have 4 more small champignons lying around, so I have them there tomorrow ...
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Tatyana, tell us later how are you with the mushrooms?

I have a mixture of forest mushrooms in my freezer. Here I will buy more dry white ones and I will play with mushrooms. I think it will be very tasty too.
