Zucchini pasta

Ingredients

hard pasta 300 grams
small pub 2 pcs
garlic slice
lemon zest + juice 1/3 lemon
black pepper
olive oil
cheese 100-150 gr

Cooking method

  • Cut the zucchini with a special grater into very thin strips

  • salt and let stand, so that excess moisture is released, then drain it.

  • put the pasta to boil until the ALDENTE state, then put them in a colander
  • =====================
  • pour olive oil into a frying pan, add ground black pepper to it
  • finely chopped garlic and lemon zest (requires a third of a lemon)
  • let it warm up well
  • after that add lemon juice (one third) and put squeezed strips of zucchini in a frying pan, stir, let the zucchini stew and soak in oil
  • then pour the boiled pasta into a frying pan and continue stirring - so that the pasta is completely saturated with aromatic oil
  • at the end, sprinkle with plenty of grated cheese, mix-ALL! the dish is ready!

Natka, I will gladly try this recipe, I am sure it is very tasty. But there are zucchini, which I try to consume only in season. In winter I try not to eat tomatoes, cucumbers, sweet peppers and other vegetables that are grown in greenhouses. I can only cook from those that I have frozen in season. Very rarely, at a party I can try (just a little) some salad. I just understand that in order to grow such vegetables in cold weather, you need so much byaki stuff the useless substance there ...

Natashahow delicious! I just love these dishes! I will definitely cook it! These dishes are not lean. and vegetarian. Only I see it with wide noodles or spaghetti.
