We gave such a sister. Whoever has, people, respond.
The sister must now be taught the subtleties. And I am not at all familiar with this cartoon.
I hope she's as simple as a rake

A wonderful slow cooker, for the first "dusi" what you need.
I cook almost exclusively in it, electricity bills have significantly decreased, and if you add what to cook, I don't really like this "dusya" for me just salvation ...
This morning I put on a liver and potatoes and ran away on business, came home with my husband, everything is ready and hot, had lunch. Now there is a pie from Julia Vysotskaya on the way

It's very simple, I'll explain now. To get started, choose the desired recipe, respectively, and the ingredients. Put everything inside, choose the desired program, having read before that in the cookbook. Then set the timer for the right time. And press the "Start" button. The multicooker starts working. Explain to your sister if she forgot to put something, at any time she can open the lid and report. If you have any questions, please contact me, I will be happy to help)

Recently I got a multicooker REDMOND RMC-M20. I want to share my impressions.
The first thing I cooked in it was a stew with meat. The chicken fillet fried well, then I put all the vegetables I had carrots, cabbage, peppers, potatoes, seasoned with salt, pepper and watched. I chose the extinguishing mode. The vegetables gave a lot of juice. Everything was quenched and the stew became less than half a saucepan. I liked the dish itself, the vegetables seemed somehow more crunchy than a regular saucepan. Probably it should be so. I, at first, decided that they were not boiled, but mine said that everything was well stewed!
The next time I bought chicken legs and decided to fry it, it turned out delicious, practically nothing burned. Mine said that it was impossible to distinguish on what was fried, it turned out even a little tastier than in a frying pan.
I made charlotte, but since I neglected the ingredients, it turned out to be very dense .. It baked well, did not burn, and turned red from the bottom.
I was cooking rice, to be honest, either I got such rice, or the multicooker cooks like that, in general, nothing special seemed to me .. it turned out to be boiled. I put rice on the program. I sin on rice, I'll have to try another one.
The saucepan itself in this model is average in quality, if you do not add oil, then the food will burn it for sure, you still need a little. I also took out the last rice after cooking, I had to scrape it off. She immediately poured water, everything was soaked and washed wonderfully. The lid is not removable, but in my opinion it's okay. The valve opens, everything is washed. You can additionally buy ceramic .. they say it is more suitable for cooking porridge.
Here is my mini-review of this multicooker.
In general, I'm happy!

Although I have not had a slow cooker for a long time, but I use it every day, it greatly simplifies life and saves time for cooking. Most often I cook pilaf, yoghurts, vegetable stews. High-quality coating of the bowl, nothing burns and there is no foreign smell. Quite compact.

Yes, I completely agree with you!
Mine smelled like plastic at first.
The first time I drove her with lemon, and then I started to cook food.
But it seemed to me that it smelled of plastic not inside, but from the outside.
After 3 times, it stopped smelling. At the same time, the food did not smell of plastic, it tasted good!

Here's what my cupcake came out of a recipe book. I made a milk biscuit, but it didn't work, it was exclusively my joint. Always use the ingredients specified in the recipe and in the specified amount.

I bought it for my mom as a birthday present. In the first week, they began to actively use it. We tried to cook soup, completely satisfied with its preparation !!! Everything was cooked perfectly, there are no plastic smells as they say, the soup is delicious! Tried making a chocolate muffin, almost like the one in the recipe book! We are also satisfied with the quality of the cake! Not overdried, tasty, juicy cake! They also made pilaf, the meat is soft, nothing burnt, although they never turned it over, the rice was cooked well, in general, again - the food quality is excellent!
As a result, we have tried three modes: pilaf, baked goods / bread, soup / beans, which we are satisfied with for a solid 5!
Who writes, it is inconvenient to pull out the bowl, etc., I calmly pulled it out with a towel. For that kind of money, you can adapt to the multicooker and not be particularly harmful, especially since you can buy the necessary accessories!
Naturally, it is better not to use the paddles from the set, so as not to spoil the bowl coating. And buy silicone or wooden ones.
About frying ... many people write food burns ... and in a frying pan have you tried, without turning the food, to achieve its "non-burning"? In my opinion, this is impossible.
In general, for that kind of money, we are pleased with the result of cooking in the redmond multicooker. In the next review I will write about the results of other modes.

And I disagree with you, the spatula and the scoop are good there, I have been using the multicooker for a month for sure and no problems! I really try not to scrub the surface, and if something burns during frying, then I soak it, and then just mine. And you don't have to scrape anything - scratch!
I'm happy with the purchase. She's worth her money.

Yesterday I cooked pearl barley in a cartoon, I almost ran away .. I need to look after her. Although I washed and changed the water for a long time and diligently!
When I opened the lid and left it like this, the question was settled! Nothing ran anywhere else)

the curd casserole does not work. I just tried it sometime by accident, I liked it so much that I wanted the multicooker precisely because of the casserole. I have already found several recipes in the net, I even watched the video, the process is completely shown there, but I still didn't succeed. It's kind of raw. I no longer pay attention to the white top, this is understandable, but the raw middle makes the casserole inedible.
Irina, give me the recipe by which you made the casserole, we will see if there is a mistake in it. In general, curd casseroles need 115 ° C, maximum 120 ° C. And if the temperature on the Baking Pastry is higher, and this usually happens, then the bottom of the casserole begins to burn, and the middle does not have time to bake yet. And you probably tried the casserole from an old Panasonic, there the casseroles turn out perfectly, since the temperature on the Baking is low (just for casseroles and tender biscuits).
Ofeliya
Alternatively, you can leave the casserole hot to "reach" it.

One of the recipes. which I found in the net and for which the curd casserole does not work out in any way: 500 gr. cottage cheese. 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. l. flour, 1 multi-glass of sugar, 1 tbsp. l. semolina, vanilla. Separate the yolks from the proteins and mix with cottage cheese, sugar, flour, semolina and vanilla. Beat everything with a blender. Beat the whites separately with salt until thick foam. Very carefully introduce the proteins into the mass and mix. Grease a mold, bake for 60 minutes. Top can be greased with jam.
I did everything as it was written.
And thank you for your attention and tips.
Manna
There are no mistakes on the recipe. Basically...for the sake of experiment, you can try casseroles with a higher content of flour / starch / semolina. But I think you need to increase the baking time (up to 70-80 minutes). If the bottom is too ruddy in 60 minutes, then you will have to bring the casserole until cooked on the Heat (about half an hour). Or you can play with the modes ... bake not on Baking, but on modes for cereals. But here you need to experiment
You can also use a steam casserole instead of a baked one. There will be something like curd pudding.
Jess
Manna, thanks. I did not think of the fact that you can experiment with baking on other programs. Like a soldier, they said baking means baking

Manna, where to peep at what mode what temperature? This is not in the instructions, I came across in the Internet, but other models ... If it's not difficult ...
Manna
Tatyana, I can only hypothetically assume

I took a cartoon from my daughter for a test, otherwise she complained that the bread did not work out.
Here is the result of my tests

Ira , wonderful bread!
Have you tried stewing soup and other programs? Is it bubbling strongly? I want to share your impression with a friend who will not start cooking in it.
Ira S
It doesn't boil much. The broth is transparent. I tried to bake charlotte and bread - it turned out great! She cooked soup. This is my daughter's cartoon, I took to check the pastries. The daughter stews vegetables in it, cooks soups. He says he's good at it.
For this cartoon, buy a non-stick saucepan and everything would be fine.
Bertha
Ira, thank you. I will pass on your feedback. Will a Redmond 90 saucepan work?
I almost seduced my friend to try hummus cartoon. She often cooks it on the stove. I seduce her that there is no need to check, there is no need to add or decrease the fire, nothing will boil away, it will turn off in time. And there is a dashing trouble beginning

By the way, my peas boiled well after soaking with soda, hurray!
Ira S
From m90 no, it has handles. The m90's saucepan is not much better.
As long as a new saucepan, not yet scratched or burned out, does not burn. It must be used very carefully - stir only with soft spoons, grease with oil or put baking paper. My daughter is not very neat, her saucepan is not only scratched, but also dropped

Now the question is, on what mode should baked milk be cooked in this multicooker? We have already cooked millet millet porridge in it with a friend, now we want to cook fermented baked milk. It is necessary that the cartoon does not hit the face in the mud.
