In O'key in the Sea Mall, the action is Redmond RMC-M4515 for 1845 rubles.
It was difficult to refuse, you understand.
First impressions:
Bowl 4 liters, lightweight, slightly rough inner surface, non-stick.
The valve on the cover is removable and collapsible (unlike 4502), it is convenient to wash.
The cover and inner plate are NOT removable, fit tight.
A saucepan without a bowl is also quite light, so that by tilting and taking its armpit, you can easily put an open lid under the tap and wash it with running water and detergent after cooking.
Testing took place in the SUP / PASTA mode. The countdown begins after the contents have boiled, so the recipes for the first courses need to be adjusted. So 1 hour and 30 minutes for borscht according to the recipe is a lot + more heating time. In total, about 2 hours. Too much (at 4502 1 hour from switching on is enough). the aroma has time to "digest".
The default time is 40 minutes. it should be enough. I'll check it next time. Yes, frozen chicken breast was cooked.
Working volume 3 liters.
Perhaps it seemed that it boils almost all the time while cooking, a little more, a little less. I thought it would boil and sweat, boil and sweat. At the end of the program the heating is automatically switched on. You cannot disable it in advance.

I must disagree with you on some points. The multicooker is just great. My husband gave it to me for the new year, we have been using it for more than a year, everything works well. For two people, 3 liters is enough. But personally, I put a little more, about 3.4 liters. 6 programs do wonders What we have not prepared in it, and everything works out. Even half of the recipes have not been tried, but are satisfied with the result.

I did not even mention that 4515 is not very good, I only mentioned in my first experiment about the inaccuracy of the time in the recipe from the book. I have it for only a couple of days and the first test was carried out on the SOUP. The moment of borscht preparation is very important for me. It turned out, it means a saucepan of 5+, no, it means boom to look for another. Because it is difficult to compete with borscht cooked on the stove.
If she worked for you for a year without any complaints, then you can hope for her.
Just which of my statements inspired you with the idea that the saucepan is not good? I didn't seem to say anything like that.
And no one gave me a gift, she took it at her own peril and risk, because the price deceived me, but I did not find any reviews for it. We can be a slow-moving saucepan-4L, that's why they let it into the action, well, who would discount the same 4502, even for a while? Unless a spare saucepan will be added.
Since you are a longtime user, here is and share your impressions, recipes, application modes.
I, with your permission, will continue the story of my testing.
This time, the FRY mode, the frozen zrazy were hastily thrown in and for 12 minutes (again, as in the recipe from the booklet) under a closed lid. Covered with a blush, and oddly enough, not only thawed during this time, but also fried. I just noticed that on the eyes, those from the side of the scoreboard, they seemed to have a stronger blush. and you ilna_fub fries evenly?
I don't write about porridge, porridge is probably obtained on all cartoons the first time. Moderately boiled, in general, as it should.
The broth, separately boiled on the SOUP, turned out transparent, without foam. By the way, where does it go? Who knows? In a pressure cooker it remains on the lid or walls, in a saucepan it must be removed with a slotted spoon, and in a cartoon where does it go?

It seemed to me that at this moment, "Perhaps it seemed that almost all the time it boils while cooking, a little more, a little less. I thought it would boil and sweat, boil and sweat." responded negatively about the multicooker As for zraz, everything is very simple. It fried better from the bottom, because the bottom of the bowl was hotter, plus it lay on top of it, and since the temperature was higher at the top, they fried less. As for the foam, an incomprehensible question. Even when I cook on the stove, there is no foam. Be specific about your question. Contact again

Understood, I'll explain now. There was such an experience: In 4502, the first course was being prepared, curiosity overpowered, and IT (curiosity) opened the lid, and there .... it does not gurgle. Curiosity closed the lid, waited a bit and again (it was true to itself) looked under the lid, and there ... again it does not gurgle. And curiosity decided that the saucepan was broken, although it was the first day from the store, it just thought so, and the saucepan rrrraz and gurgled with its contents.
I have a pressure cooker, but even there, first there is active boiling, and then (apparently the sensor is triggered) the boiling decreases, the steam stops bleeding off and there is silence inside, and then all over again boiling-silence. the manufacturer explained that this temperature rises to a boil, and when it reaches a given point, it starts to drop. And so a few tricks for cooking. This creates the effect of a Russian stove. It will boil, and, as it were, languish. I meant it. But you can't look into a pressure cooker, the lid is locked, and in 4515 you can look. So she wrote: "Perhaps it seemed that almost all the time boils while cooking." "Perhaps it seemed" - because for the purity of the experiment it was necessary to sit all 1.5 hours near the saucepan and observe, and I ran into the kitchen for moments, and at these moments I gurgled. This is not my review, but an assumption about the algorithm of work. It is a pity that the manufacturer did not indicate the temperature regimes, it would be easier to navigate.
But this is not the essence, the main thing is the end result and he made me happy.
Out of 5 times, one, the one that was closer to me (to the scoreboard), fried much harder (blacker) than the others. As if there was more heating. But I’ll watch. Probably on a pie. He will lie down like a uniform pancake. And on its bottom it will immediately be seen whether my heating is uniform or not. So at least it seems to me.
And at the expense of foam, strange. On gas, especially if beef is cooked on the bone, this cap rises. And in the pressure cooker, I open the lid at the end, and on it there is such a gray spider web made of foam, and here the broth is transparent and the foam does not float anywhere. as if someone had taken it off with a slotted spoon.

Oh, I cooked a lot, and everything turned out very tasty in the booklet that came with the kit, a lot of delicious recipes. I tried to cook on all programs. Most of all I like to cook pie, potatoes, rice and vegetables. It is more usual to cook soups on the stove, not that I don’t trust the multicooker, it’s just more habitual to control the process. In general, Redmond has a good recipe book, suitable for everyone.

From this place in more detail, please, what kind of potatoes? fried, boiled?
And the vegetables: I didn't really like them in the pressure cooker. They gave out a lot of their liquids and some steamed ones, or something turned out. What did you cook from? how did they turn out, how much water was released?

Boiled potatoes. It turns out not bad. I cut into rings and boil. Fried in a pan, my husband asks for a lot of things from the sheep. If there is a bubble, then a lot of liquid. I like to extinguish the beet. But it does not depend on the multicooker, the juice will come out anyway. The stew is very tasty. It looks nothing too, but you will lick your fingers on the taste

Girls, how about the pastries? A friend of mine tried to bake a biscuit yesterday and she got a pancake. She hid the cartoon in a box and said that she would not even use it anymore. I have cartoons of other models
models and everything is fine. Help with advice! A FRIEND WITH THE INTERNET IS NOT FRIENDS, BUT I REALLY WANT SHE TO USE MULTIES

Agata21, and this was a friend's first experience of baking in a multicooker? And did she ever bake biscuits before? She did not beat the eggs, there was a lot of flour (after all, a slow cooker needs a little more flour than when baking in the oven). Perhaps she should have started with simple cupcakes without eggs ... to make sure that her multicooker is working correctly on baked goods. For example, there is a wonderful cake (completely unkillable) Shrimati... It can be baked without filling. And you can even collect a cake and collect it.

When I was choosing a slow cooker for myself, I wanted this one, but my husband convinced me and we took 250 from the Masterchef.
