Girls Hello. Who has already used this model. Tell me, please. Well, I really liked this model .. I want to get this one. Tell us about the pros and cons ..
0Lenusik0
I bought it, or rather ordered it on the Internet. 5 liters is enough for my large family. I planned to use it mainly for cooking cereals and stewing, but if the cartoon is capable of more, why not try everything? Which I will do later. So far I'm under the "wow" effect, so I can't say anything about the cons
DianaNigmat
I have been using it for almost a month, but I am already very satisfied. I did not find any minuses in the multicooker, on the contrary, the cartoon is very easy to use, it has many modes and programs - the most delicious pastries, stewing. Delicious dishes turn out. I also bought a REDMOND RHP-M01 ham maker for the multicooker, in which we make sausage, ham and other meat delicacies. It turns out pretty satisfying
ilna_fub
A handy thing. I have been using it myself for about a year. I put it on cooking, went to do my
by their deeds. I came, everything is ready. Pros: Much faster than all other mules
cookers, a spacious bowl, with the help of suction cups-legs does not crawl on the table, there are many programs.
The only downside is that it is slightly larger than the other models.
Lud-Mil @
ilna_fub, do you actually have seven different models of Redmond multicooker?

ahah, now they will accuse me of something. There, in some case, there were. 2 already with my mother, I gave one. In a sense, I am a buyer of household appliances) from multicookers I generally bastard. I know a lot about them, if you have any questions, ask)
Lud-Mil @
ilna_fub, I do not blame it in any way, but your messages suggest certain thoughts.
You know, I also bought more than one multicooker for myself, my sister, my acquaintances. But I still write about it in the topics, and the multicooker was bought by different brands. Of the seven posts on the forum, you have all seven in Redmond topics, one for each model (although I have nothing against this, people sometimes have a commitment to a particular brand), and apart from general words and praises, there is no specificity in them no . Moreover, in four five messages out of seven you write that you use this model yourself. And all the messages were written in one day almost ...
P.S. I have nothing against Redmond, I'm just for fair and healthy competition.
ilna_fub
) Secretly, I have a huge discount on these multicooker, I take it from friends. I bought my first multicooker in a store. The same acquaintances came to me to rest and said that they could sell multicooker at a discount. Of all the firms, I like Redmond better, although Phillips is good. And I did not have 7 multicooker, but more. If you have any questions, write me, I just don’t like it when they think that I’m lying.

Redmond has previously been caught in dirty advertising.
ilna_fubhe is Old_fag1 (you can list the rest of the "incarnations", and in this thread, some of them were also noted), why are you doing this?

This behavior only undermines user confidence in the manufacturer.

Yes, there is already, unfortunately, and there is nothing to undermine

Made myself a birthday present. I bought this model of a multicooker. Why this one? I don’t know I went to many shops, looked at many models.I wanted to buy more powerful, but liked this one. I was bribed by the simplicity in the choice of programs + multi-cook + a bowl with a ceramic coating + a window, like in a bread maker (as usual).
All programs work fine. I just can't figure it out with the postponement of programs yet. How do I set it up? I set the time at 3 o'clock in the "soup" program, and he began to cook immediately. What I did wrong?

now in komfi it costs 777 UAH

And I bought for 888

Now admit, who's over 999?

I liked this slow cooker even before Redmond released it, even at the Chinese Supor factory I noticed it. But, as it seems to me, this multicooker has two difficulties: 1. heat loss through the glass. 2. Difficulties with condensate drainage, all because of the same glass. I may be wrong, these are just my assumptions
oxychka
and I don't know what to buy at all: Scarlett, Polaris or Redmond ...

I have nothing to compare with, but I did not notice either 1. heat loss or 2. difficulties with condensate drainage. I've tried everything. Including biscuit baking. It turned out to be a tall, good biscuit. But I immediately pulled him out of the multicooker, and he settled down. Probably would have to wait a little, eh?

Yes, yes, apparently, it has cooled down sharply
oxychka
girls, is there a drip tray?
Manna
No, no drip tray
oxychka
and where does everything flow?
Manna
On the side around the bowl (like all multicooker without a drip tray)
But I'm still confused by the presence of glass

And then it just remains to blot with a dry cloth and dry with the lid open. I have no problems with this at all.

Quote: Manna

The glass does not interfere. The condensation that is on the glass down does not seem to fall. At least there was no water on the biscuit.

condensation flows down the lid to the side

Girls, hello! Now I'm thinking about buying this particular MB - we now have gorgeous discounts on it. The price and presence of a ceramic bowl captivates. I just re-read the instructions and how I can not figure out - is there 3-D heating or just a heating element from below?
Manna
Alyoshka, well ... here, purely theoretically, there is nowhere to push the heating element into the lid, here is the window. But in general, 3D heating means that there is a low-power heating element in the lid, which dries condensate on baked goods, such a heating element is not capable of anything more.
Alyoshka
Girls, and here's another question - is it possible to bake a chicken (chicken) or half in a multicooker? If someone has already done which one?
Manna
You can, in any one with the "Baking" mode. Only it won't turn out the same as in the oven. In a slow cooker, it will be rather baked and steamed.
Elena I
I baked chicken in a slow cooker for Christmas. The crust turned out to be fried, but not crispy, like from the oven. But this is even not bad - my guests were all elderly - they just liked this chicken.
variety
Well, finally, a real user appeared in this thread! And then, no matter how I look - all the PR specialists of Redmond (wherever you go to read the reviews for this model - solid stylistically monotonous laudatory odes to this "miracle", already sick of such unscrupulous marketing behavior of Redmond!).
Today, three months later, I decided to open and try my "gift".Pea soup (filling up to half a bowl) on the Soup rushing mode through the valve I did not have this on the "test" Scarlett-410. Maybe the pea soup needs to be cooked in some other mode? Although the recipe book naturally states that it is on Soup.
Yes, about 3D heating in this model is a blatant lie! Today, when I washed the multicooker, I removed the inner lid - there are no spirals under it. "Congratulations, gentlemen, you lied!" (from)

PS: In general, I will have to somehow "make friends" with this multicooker, I hope that it will work out.
Lud-Mil @
variety, can you try to cook pea soup on stewing? Still, peas love to spit, they need more delicate cooking. Now I don’t remember on which program I cooked pea soup in my cartoon, but I did pea puree just for stewing, it turned out great.
plasmo4ka
In general, I cook all soups on the stewing mode. And RMC-60 is a model that still .. Baked milk as a result has a smell-taste of rubber. Well, yes, I took it under Belobok (5 liters + the temperature regime can be more or less set), so, apparently, I will use it this way. And for everything else - a beloved Dexic.

variety
Lud-Mil @, tried it. I interrupted the Soup program, put it on Stew. After 20 minutes, the soup was still showing no sign of stirring. I had to rearrange the soup again.

plasmo4ka, I can't even imagine how long it will take to cook peas on the Stew. It seems to me that in this model the quenching is very weak, as in Panasonic. And I wanted a second slow cooker for myself, so that it was faster than my Panasik :(
Where can I find information describing temperatures for each mode?

I understand you are unhappy with your M60?
Lud-Mil @
variety, I cook the pea puree in my cartoon for two hours, boil down to smithereens. The Quenching program can be very delicate, I have one in Laretti, there is practically no movement, either, but the result.
Now I found my notes - I first boiled one peas (filled with water to half a bowl) on Stew for 2 hours, then I added potatoes, carrots and so on and turned on the Soup for an hour. In principle, one hour on Stew + one hour on Soup would have been enough, because in two hours the peas were already completely ready. Try it, maybe this method will work for your cartoon.

Rather disappointed. Therefore, I continue to actively use Dex-50.

Where can I find information with a description of temperatures for each mode?

The information is only what is in the instructions. From myself I can add that on the Multipovar program, for yoghurt, the temperature with the lid closed is 3-5 degrees higher than the set one. Therefore, the lid was left open, but the result was still worse than in the yogurt maker. The temperature for the ham maker was normal. For a sous-prominent technology, a little too high, but the result was not bad.
Elena I
I cooked pea porridge in the "soup" mode. Previously, knowing the peculiarity of peas, I washed it well in several waters. After starting the program, I left home for three hours. So the porridge was completely ready for my arrival. How she behaved without me, I can only guess from the tracks that have dried on the walls of the bowl (apparently, she tried to jump out with all her might, but still, she failed. The multicooker won.

Yes, about the smell: I also do not like that the smell of dishes, especially vegetables, remains

Thanks, I'll try. But only now in a cheap Scarlett I cooked pea soup in 2 hours on one program (and during this time the peas boiled "into dust"), approx. in half an hour-40 minutes. until the end of cooking, I threw in potatoes, carrots, etc. And there was no need to jump from program to program.
Today in the morning I cooked buckwheat - half a glass in the usual for all the m / I tried, in a ratio of 0.5: 1 with a standard time of 25 minutes. Buckwheat turned out to be: outside the grain was smeared, and inside it was damp. Wonderful! In none of the m / v that I used did such a proportion fail, and such a picture was not observed, but here ...
In the Book of Recipes I found a recipe for a buckwheat side dish, there is some strange proportion of 260 cereals to 330 ml. water. I'll try, of course, but somehow I can't believe that with less water the cereal will boil down with the recommended 30 minutes. And, if they recommend 30 minutes, why did they automatically set 25 minutes? This office "Redmond" is wondering something.

I'm going to cry now! I reassured myself a little that you could make yoghurt and distribute the dough in this m / v, but now it turns out that it is useless here too ?!
FSE, I already know what I will be doing tonight - to be on duty at the m / v with a thermometer.

At first I washed the peas well, then soaked them overnight, then drained the water and only in this form threw them into the soup.

Probably won because there was not a lot of liquid. Foam was coming out of the valve.
I'll try to buy other peas, maybe she didn't like this one? (And Scarlett loved it)

If you don't jump, then it's just two hours on the Extinguishing, and you can even try everything with one tab, in any case, in my cartoon it would have turned out so normal, about yours I don't know what to say now.
Girls, what is the multi-cook step in it? If it really overheats a little, then maybe set the temperature for yogurt initially five degrees lower?
variety
Lud-Mil @I'll try it sometime on Stew, but I'm pretty skeptical about it - on Soup, the peas boiled down in two hours, and on Stew, the soup didn't gurgle at all, I'm afraid that in two hours everything will remain raw. I suspect that Stewing will take five hours, or even more, to achieve the result of boiled peas.
In M60, the multi-cook step is 30 degrees: 40-70-100-130 degrees. You cannot set the temperature below

Dont be upset! Not everything is so bad with this cartoon! I just have something to compare with, so I am somewhat disappointed.

My yogurt in a yoghurt maker turns out to be thick (there is practically no whey, a spoon stands, does not fall), and there was a lot of "water" in the cartoon, however, after the refrigerator the yogurt absorbed it all into itself, the consistency became tender-airy, but we got used to another ....

I haven’t tried to proof the dough yet - the baked milk with a rubber flavor was drunk (without much enthusiasm) by the dog, and I’m afraid she will refuse the "rubber" buns.

Again, not all cartoons have a rubbery smell. For example, many owners of SC Scarlett note this problem, but my Scarlusha pleased me - it was only when I first turned it on.

Technique is technique, and your toon can behave completely differently.
variety
plasmo4ka, alas, the miracle did not happen. The thermometer showed that the water temperature at Multipovar-40 degrees reached 45 degrees. So getting yogurt and stirring the dough without dancing with tambourines in this slow cooker will not work. And here Redmond "cheated" his customers!
Lud-Mil @
And there is no Yogurt program in it?
Manna
No, she does not have the "Yogurt" mode. I have added a video review on the first page.
variety
Something I was completely confused, but what can you cook at 45 degrees? Is this "step" of "forty" degrees on the Multipovar even necessary then?

And yet - what is usually cooked at 70 degrees? Otherwise, this step is worth it, but it is not mentioned anywhere in the recipe book. Such a "feeling" that these 70 degrees. generally not applicable
plasmo4ka
Quote: variety

at 45 - I haven't come up with anything yet, but 70-75 - (after all, with the lid closed, t is higher than the stated degrees by 5-6) - is suitable for making ham in Belobok, well, it is almost suitable for sous-vide technology.
variety

Thanks I'll know. But I do not cook ham, nor "sous-vidyu", which means 70 degrees delete... Remains "in the dry residue" 100 and 130 degrees. "It will not be enough" (c)

Girls, hello! I am here with a small report on RMC-60. Gave it to my mom for her birthday a week ago. I thought for a long time what kind, but commercialism prevailed - I bought it in Comfi for 777 UAH. Gave it, and then read horror stories about the smell of rubber, non-working modes, etc. I was alerted and immediately gave my mother a task to check all the programs for 2 weeks (so that if something could be returned) In short, they made yogurt with a volume of 1 liter of milk according to a prescription from a booklet for 12 hours at 40 degrees. HAPPENED !!! only slightly sour. The next time we decided to hold it for 8 hours and see what happens. Buckwheat porridge with chicken turned out fine. (I separately fried onions and carrots in a slow cooker and then added chicken and buckwheat). Yesterday I made manti on a double boiler for 40 minutes or 50 minutes (as it says in the book) - it turned out great. BUT! An ordinary sour cream (1 glass of sugar, flour, sour cream and 2 eggs) was not baked on baking for 1 hour. Let's try to put it on for a longer time. True, this cake was not from the book of recipes for this cartoon - maybe the dough is a little heavy. Although, how will she bake bread then? In general, mom is experimenting with cartoon in the kitchen, and I'm on the phone with her in parallel
