Vegetable stew in the Brand multicooker

Ingredients

eggplant (medium) 2 pcs
Sweet pepper 2 pcs
medium potatoes 2 pcs
large onion 2 pcs
small squash 1 PC
small carrots 1 PC
large tomato or cream 2 or 5-6 pcs
broth or water 1.5 m. Art.
garlic, salt, spices taste
dill, basil 1 bundle
vegetable oil 6-7 st. spoons

Cooking method

  • -wash vegetables and chop coarsely, with a tomato, if there is a desire to remove the skin, eggplant, if chopped bitter, sprinkle salt and let stand for 15 minutes, then rinse and dry
  • - pour vegetable oil into the cartoon in the baking mode, fry the onions for 5 minutes
  • - add potatoes, stir and fry for 5 minutes
  • - add carrots and bell peppers and stir, fry for 5 minutes
  • - add tomatoes and stir, fry for 5 minutes
  • - add eggplant and a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and mix, fry for 5 minutes
  • - add zucchini and stir, fry for 5 minutes
  • - turn off the program, pour hot water, salt, add herbs, garlic, spices, mix well
  • - turn on the stewing program for 30 minutes
  • - at the end, gently stir the stew and let stand for 15 minutes, covered

Time for preparing:

1 hour

Note

my husband, a lover of stewed vegetables, insisted on this stew, for which I do not like stewed vegetables, but even I ate these with pleasure, I especially liked the potatoes, it was just soaked in vegetable juice

How much water to pour? Is it also full of vegetable juice? Maybe we don't need more water?
