Sand pie with jam

Ingredients

Dough:
Flour 3 glasses
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 1 incomplete glass
margarine 200g
vanillin on the tip of a knife
baking powder 1 tsp
Filling:
Jam, jam or jam approximately

Cooking method

  • Melt margarine and let cool.
  • Beat eggs with sugar, add margarine and mix well.
  • Mix flour with baking powder and vanilla, and gradually add to the egg-margarine mass. Knead a non-steep dough
  • Divide the dough into two unequal parts: put one third of the dough in the freezer for 1 hour.
  • Spread the second part evenly over the baking sheet.
  • Grease the dough with jam.
  • Grate the frozen part of the dough on a coarse grater directly over the jam so that it evenly covers the entire cake.
  • Bake the pie at 190-200 grams in a preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes.
