Cooking method

  • 5. Bake on the Baking Program on one side for 1 hour 20 and on the other side for 1 hour

If the mass of bread is 750 g, then the proportions are as follows (water 305 ml, butter 1 tsp, milk powder 1 tsp, flour only 480 g (w / c 250 + whole grain 130 g + rye 100 g), yeast 1 tsp).
