Cottage cheese casserole in a multicooker Panasonic

Category: Bakery products

Ingredients

Egg
(separate the whites from the yolks,
put the proteins in the refrigerator)
5 pieces.
Sugar 2/3 st.
Semolina 1/2 tbsp.
Kefir 1 tbsp.
Cottage cheese 500 g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Vanillin 1 pack.

Cooking method

  • Pour semolina with kefir and set aside to swell a little.
  • Mixed cottage cheese with yolks and beat in a blender for greater uniformity (I took ordinary granular cottage cheese), Add baking powder, vanillin.
  • Pour in the manna-kefir mixture and mix well, using a mixer.
  • Take proteins with sugar until soft peaks and first introduce a third of the protein mass into the curd. Stir gently to add the rest of the proteins.
  • I greased the form from the multicooker with a little oil and sprinkled it with semolina, but I think it was possible not to do this (I have never stuck anything to this dish) In the resulting mass, carefully put the filler, gently mix and pour everything into the mold. set the baking mode for 40 minutes and forget about it for 50 minutes. After this time, turn off the heating mode and wait another 10 minutes, then open and leave to cool until warm - then remove, you can sprinkle with breadcrumbs or glaze (optional) and Bon Appetit!

Note

Today I baked a curd casserole for the second time. Sweeps away instantly. Even powder is not allowed to sprinkle.

Recipe from LenaChudo again from here 🔗.

Well, very tasty !!!!

Is the glass cartoonish?
Zagadoshna
nope, a glass of 200 grams in which.

Thank you.
While I was waiting for an answer, I already made a casserole. I measured it out with a cartoon glass, it turned out delicious. Next time I'll try to measure it with the usual one.

Today I prepared for the first time a cottage cheese cake according to this recipe (I don't have scales, I took cottage cheese "by eye", apparently it turned out to be a bit too much. In general, I baked 65 minutes, cooled for 15 minutes with the lid closed, then 20 with the open lid. It went up well. I started to take out the cake ... It was still hot. I knocked it over on the form from the steamer, I feel it floating ... I stuck to the bottom, although I greased it with butter. And I didn’t finish it. I began to quickly transfer it to a flat plate and opaaaaaaaaaaaa. half of the cake slipped away I had already notified all my family that we’ll drink tea with my masterpiece. ”I wanted to sob from the offense.
My husband said no problem, go and buy a cake from the store for comfort. I scraped off the remains of the poor cake and ate it. Delicious however. I will try again

I will try again

I understand that this is practically impossible, but try to let it cool completely in a saucepan, then it will be a little denser.
And 3 tablespoons of starch with a top, especially if the cottage cheese is wet. These are my observations.
And the cake is really tasty and tender
Boo Boo
I baked the casserole twice. Once I measured everything with a cartoon glass, and the second time with an ordinary one. There I liked the cartoons more, it was so curd, curd.

Girls, cottage cheese casserole according to Zagadoshna's recipe -
We ate cold, smeared with sour cream on top. Tastes like a good cake!
Highly recommend!
I did everything strictly according to the recipe. Next time I'll add a layer of blueberries on top. Linka is very beautiful

Thanks for the recipe! Delicious!

Made this casserole today. Indeed, simple to perform and delicious. I did everything strictly according to the recipe, until I caught my eye on the words "carefully put filler in the resulting mass"
Here I was somewhat puzzled, but there was no time to think too much and threw a couple of handfuls of raisins into the resulting mass, deciding that he would play the role of a filler for me today. And now I look again at the pictures of casseroles and I don't see any raisins
Girls, tell someone, what kind of filler is meant in this recipe?

It seems that in the original source, on the Good Cook, they mentioned dried or dried cherries, and I liked the lemon rind most of all. Well, do not come off!

Exactly so !. Right here 🔗 the original source, a quote from it: "I added dried cherries (you can replace them with any dried fruits or add nothing at all - it's still delicious!) ..."
Zest
thanks girls. And I really thought that something else needs to be added there))
It also turned out very tasty with raisins.
Sofim
Very tasty casserole, many thanks to the author !!!

Ridiculous, thanks for the casserole recipe

Here is my casserole for this recipe, it turned out great in a slow cooker
Inside - like a cheesecake

Top with quick lingonberry jam.
Lingonberries from the freezer, a little sugar and microwave for 5-7 minutes and you're done.

Sofim
I made such casserole many times, the result is always
And then there was no time to tinker with proteins and had to simplify the recipe, I just add one egg. Not a cheesecake, of course, but a delicious casserole
tatulja12
Well, you have a tasty treat! Well done all, wonderful hostesses. And I just walk around and lick my lips. We do not sell multicooker, and I really want such a unit too.
Kosha
Thank you very much for the recipe!
Delicious!
We ate it with great pleasure.

Today I also decided to bake a casserole according to this recipe, but ... there was no kefir and semolina at hand. I quickly made a change: kefir for drinking yogurt "Activia" with cereals, ordinary semolina for "Old Russian semolina with bran and sprouts". Considering also the fact that I took 1.8% fat for the cottage cheese for the casserole, it turned out to be a very useful composition. The casserole turned out to be beautiful, light cream in color, I don't know the taste yet ... it is getting cold ...Zagadoshna, Thank you very much for the simple and quick recipe for cottage cheese casserole!

Zagadoshna
Thank you so much for the casserole recipe.
Delicious,
Dare so quickly that I didn't have time to take a picture

I did it with soda, apples and lingonberries, they didn’t notice! : nyam: IMHO perfect combination of ingredients! Thank you!

I'll add this recipe here. I found it when I was looking for a recipe for curd pasta. I made it in the oven several times, it turned out invariably tasty, but every time the casserole settled, and the view was so-so ...

today I baked it in a slow cooker, I was amazed - firstly, the height, secondly - it tastes the most delicate, airy, very tasty, and not too sweet.

500g cottage cheese
25ml cream (I have 20%)
55g flour
4pcs large eggs (divided into yolks and whites)
85g sugar
raisins, candied fruits to taste (I have 100g of raisins)
vanillin

I chopped the cottage cheese with knives in a combine, you can just beat it with a mixer, everything will be straightened. add cream, sugar, vanillin, yolks and flour, mix at low speed until smooth. add raisins, stir. separately beat the whites into a strong foam, gently stir in (the author recommends with a spoon, I mixed with a mixer at first speed).

Grease the multicooker saucepan with oil, put the mass. baking mode, 65 minutes. then turn off and do not open the lid for 30 minutes. get the casserole after 30 minutes, and - bon appetit

casserole in the photo from 670g of cottage cheese (so much I have left from another recipe), respectively, the rest of the ingredients are recalculated proportionally.

can I add ours, family, adapted for MV?
similar but simpler
I've done 4 times in MV, I went well
I give on "full size", but, more often, half

Curd - 1 kg
Milk - 450 gr
Sugar - 120 gr
Semolina - 120 gr
Eggs - 4 - 5 pieces
(+ candied fruits / nuts / raisins)
just stir and let stand so that the semolina swells a little, otherwise everything will be at the bottom.

The consistency of medium sour cream. Much depends on cottage cheese, best of all, of course, from "bazaar". But even from the most unimportant "store" it is quite marketable.

Baking minutes 75 - 80

Girls! And those unfortunate people who do not have the miracle of a multicooker somehow need to change the recipe or try to bake like this? I really want to bake such a yummy, and bazaar cottage cheese in the refrigerator is waiting

if according to my recipe, then milk is 500 grams (instead of 450), the rest is the same
in the oven for 1.5 hours on the minimum setting (180 degrees), watch out so that it does not burn
grease the form with oil, sprinkle (it will roll in Teflon, without lubrication)
Lisss's
Kobeika, bake in the oven, do not be afraid - it will be delicious in any case, I baked mine in the oven before, everything is fine, only it fell from me after taking it out. but the taste does not suffer a Scarecrow wrote that she does not take out of the oven for another 30 minutes after cooking, and she does not fall - try it again.
Kobeika
Friday, Lisss's Thanks for the quick answer, I ran to the kitchen to cook. If I understood correctly, when baking in the oven, you need more liquid and increase the baking time, right?
Lisss's
I did not change the recipe for MB or the oven. baking time - until cooked
Kobeika
I prepared everything according to the recipe and from the consistency I realized that there was no need to add liquid. I already sent it to the oven, we are waiting

Girls, I've been making this casserole for two years now. She has taken root well in our house, but to the best of the circumstances, I changed the semolina for rice flour. Everything turns out great.
Recently I added a little boiled and finely grated beets to the curd. The casserole acquired a creamy shade, changed its taste, sprinkled with prunes on top. Mom really liked it.
lelik
Girls, can I also show off my casserole?
I've been baking it for almost a year now, mine loves it. I cook according to the recipe "all three".
3 packs of cottage cheese
3 eggs
three st. spoons of sour cream, semolina, sugar
three handfuls of raisins and candied fruits (from Auchan).
Here's what happens:

time - yes, but with liquid - this is how it worked out for me empirically, the first casserole was watery
but here it will also depend on cottage cheese, essno
in short, as for my version - "the consistency of sour cream of medium density", hence the dance
in the starting recipe - don't know, haven't tried
Lisss's
lelik, very nice! and how many grams of cottage cheese packs?
Friday

Girls, can I show off my casserole too?

perhaps I will add prunes to today's one, as my husband brought a large bag from Auchan
Crochet
lelik , the casserole is wonderful, I take note! And what is this chocolate flaunts in the background?
lelik
Thank you girls
Lisss's , a pack is ordinary 200 grams.
Crochet , this is a sour cream, also from multi, I have been baking it since the 80s. We always called him "The Earl's Ruins"
Friday , I still put dried apricots, delicious!
Kobeika
Girls, we are already kneading the casserole. It turned out very tasty, only a little opal, I didn’t take it out of the oven right away after turning it off, but ... But how delicious! Thanks everyone for the recipe and advice
Friday
since now the casserole has to be baked a couple of times a week (went well!), "variations on the theme":

1. + 200 gr. pumpkin, rub on a coarse grater and + sesame seeds 30 grams
2. + dried apricots, prunes, raisins
3. + different nuts

Now I put 1 kg casserole (in the sense, for 1 kg of cottage cheese) for 65 + 45 minutes, then I let it stand to freeze and harden (poke a finger)
Prank
I have a question, why do someone get neat clear sides, someone like me is rounded. Because of this, the casserole loses its height and looks less attractive.
lelik
Prank , maybe you don't open the lid for a long time and it gets wet? Or take it out early, it has not hardened yet? Can you take a photo?

I open the lid after 30-40 minutes, take it out after the saucepan has cooled.

It looks not strong. Can the cottage cheese be very liquid? I open the lid after 10 minutes maximum. And I do not wait for it to cool down completely. I take it out in another 10 minutes. It keeps its shape very well. Maybe try to add more semolina?
Prank
After I pull out not strong. Then, as it cools and stands in the refrigerator, it becomes strong. The cottage cheese, it is true, is not granular, but homemade from kefir, creamy. How much more decoy to add? I really want clear edges, in the next topic I showed cottage cheese with starch, there it turned out like a brick, although everything was mixed together, no separate beating of eggs to peaks, the cottage cheese is the same, does the result of semolina and starch really differ so much?
lelik
In general, of course, starch is different from semolina. You can try to add semolina a couple of spoons more ... I have cottage cheese in packs, can you throw the cottage cheese a little longer, so that there is more whey in the glass? Yesterday I did it already at night, I took it out as soon as it squeaked, I really wanted to sleep - the sides were strong ... I'm even confused ...
Fekla
Hmm! Temka is still valid today! I read it for the first time - I can't go away. I ran and bought a cartoon. Right now I put a kind of casserole. Well, you guys are giving! Hypnosis - and only ...

Fekla, with the purchase! my girlfriend has been baking such a casserole in a cartoon for 2 weeks every other day - they just can't eat better from MV!
Wildebeest
When I bought a cartoon and I came across this recipe, in 7 days I baked 5 casseroles. Mine really liked it.
DonnaRosa
Dear colleagues, please tell me
turn the casserole in the multi-rice cooker
or shouldn't you?
Is the top browning or not?
I reviewed a lot of photos, but I still don't understand.
Nobody shows the top and bottom, but I only see one thing in the photo.
