Ingredients

1 RECIPE
Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
Hot water 1/2 tbsp.
Milk 1/2 tbsp.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Yolks 3 pcs.
Fresh yeast
(or 2 tsp dry)
30 g
Cognac 1 tbsp. l.
Soft margarine 1 tbsp. l.
Zest with half a lemon
Salt on the tip of a knife

Cooking method

  • 2 RECIPE
  • 1 st. a spoonful of yeast
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3.5 cups flour
  • vanilla
  • 3 RECIPE
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 4st. tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 / 2h tablespoons of salt
  • 1h spoon of cinnamon
  • 2st. spoons of vodka
  • 3st. tablespoons of olive oil
  • 41/6 cup white flour
  • 1 st. a spoonful of dry shivers
  • Preparation
  • Mix together in a bread maker on the Panasonic 253-pizza setting. ... Roll out a layer of 1 cm, cut into circles (MANDATORY IN CIRCLES, otherwise the middle will not be fried) and leave for another 1 hour before rising (cover with foil or a towel). Deep-fry. Ideally, there will be a thin, light streak in the middle of the donut. When the donuts have cooled slightly, you can sprinkle them with powdered sugar and stuff with jam using a syringe (I'm limited to powdered sugar).

Note

I really like the 2nd recipe.

I liked the second recipe very much. Now I fry them at least once a week "homemade" eat, it does not get bored. Thank you!

Donuts !!! A long time ago, my grandmother baked round ones, in soda, in a special rosette shape with hemispheres-indentations, but the recipe is lost ... I was little then, helping to pour and turn the dough. I recovered something from my grandmother's notes, but it doesn't work out at all. I'll have to try this recipe. Thank you!

Good day!

I myself am terribly in love with pochiki (are there those who do not like them?)

Once I was given a recipe for donuts made from batter (like in donut machines): it’s easy and quick to cook.
Flour 1kg.
Milk (or water) 1.5 liters
Sugar 100g.
Yeast 20 gr.
Salt 8g.
Margarine 8 gr.
Vanillin 5 gr.
It tastes much better with milk.
Knead as usual: dough - then dough. The consistency is like sour cream. 40-50 minutes warm - and you can fry.

Everything is fine, but there are two problems:

1. Didn't turn out pretty: a ring from a pastry syringe over a boiling deep fryer
you can't build it - you get some "freaks"
But this problem was solved a couple of days ago:
bought such a thing (though haven't tried it yet)

2. Second problem: how to store them? Let me explain: the dough is very simple and you can make a lot of them in an easy one, but you want to make more and carry it to work tomorrow, etc.

Who will advise what?

Boys and girls. we know how to bake donuts, we have a special frying pan. But I would very much like to know how our bakers fill the endless spaces, that is, the filling is placed inside the donut. I suspect there is not one way, but many. Please share your developments. I think it will be interesting to many. We look forward to hearing from you.

Creamy, I have a piping bag attachment - long needle,
I perfectly stuff the tea leaves with it, it is thin and sharp.

Hello everyone! Girls tell me the size of the glass in the second recipe
Kitty, hello Donuts !!!

Kitty, have you forgotten that the size of the glass is not so important ?! It is important (!!!) that both liquid and dry ingredients are measured in one glass !!! So take any glass (200,240 or 250 ml) and feel free to get down to business !!! I always follow the rule of the same glass for liquid and dry ingredients, no punctures !!!
