To your health! Be sure to cook it, sooooo delicious! I myself did not expect that such a handsome man would turn out in the oven, there were constantly problems with cottage cheese muffins, how glad I am that I bought Brandyusha
Aygul
Mmm looks appetizing. I need to do it somehow (I'll buy cottage cheese especially for this, otherwise it is usually eaten like that, nothing remains for baking)
Elven
Be sure to do it, but on the contrary, we always have cottage cheese, so we have to spend it in baking

And what does starch give to baked goods? What happens if you make this cupcake without it?
Lerele
And if the cottage cheese is mashed, can you replace sour cream with it, or be sure to put sour cream? It's just that we have cottage cheese like pasta, not thick.
Elven
Hope, starch takes away excess moisture. I think you can do without it, just put a little more flour

Lerele, you can try without sour cream, if the curd is liquid. Then put more of it, 300 grams. I think it should work out
