Oh, what are you. The bread is very nice. It's just that there is such an abundance of recipes, and you want to try everything so much that your hands just don't get it. The main thing is that you made your recipe. I pledge to try this weekend by all means.

Hurrah!!! At least someone responded in this Temko :)) !!!
This is a recipe from a kenwood book :) just tried and tested :)
Several times I took recipes from the Panasonic book 255 and nothing good came of it
I can say a novice baker and these Panas recipes brought a lot of nervous minutes :(

Do not worry, you need to adapt specifically to your stove. If the technology was followed correctly - that is, the order of the food, the state of the kolobok - then any recipe should work out. Here on the site there are many tips and tricks for novice bakers

I have a Panasonic 255. I have been baking bread according to the recipes in the instructions for two years, using an electronic scale. Everything will be obtained. I registered on the site recently. Perhaps the stoves are different?

I also use electronic scales and measured everything exactly to the gram, and I have a Kenwood 450 stove. According to the instructions for my stove, I tried all the recipes for the main baking and everything worked out (I did not even look at the bun, I just threw the food, set the program and went to drink coffee :)) It seemed to me that the proportions of flour, water, yeast were not quite correct. since the main problem in baking recipes for main and rye breads, the dough rises, but after the start of baking, the middle drops heavily (here is a photo) I'm not a professional in baking bread, maybe the yeast was bad, maybe the recipes don't exactly fit my oven, maybe something else, I do not know.
But it seems that the topic of discussing recipes from books somewhere else I saw! Better tell me if anyone has tried it, how are your impressions of this bread?

Today I baked bread at the rate of 500 g.
I made small changes in the recipe: instead of water - 1 egg + milk + water to the required volume; sesame seeds were one packet of 20 g.
I baked in the basic mode for white bread, a dark crust (I have Moulinex, so I always put a dark crust). The sesame seeds fell asleep at once, leaving a little for sprinkling the top crust. I sprinkled the top crust about 20-30 minutes before the start of baking, when the dough began to rise after the last kneading, after having greased it with sour cream diluted in water.
I got the stove two months ago. There was no recipe book, so I looked for recipes on the forum for which thanks to everyone. There are no electronic scales yet, I use measuring cups and spoons. Accordingly, you have to follow the kolobok this time too.
Here's what happened. Now it is cooling down.

It looks very nice :) Sesame and poppy seeds are added at once along with all the ingredients. It is better to grease and sprinkle 5-10 minutes before the start of baking (I read somewhere so that the dough does not settle).
