Bought a Scarlett bread machine. Everything seems clear, except for one thing: what to do with the scapula? The process seems to be automated, there is a delay of 13 hours, but after kneading there is a spatula in the dough. What happens to her afterwards during baking? How to be? Help a newbie please ...

kamtatrud , welcome to the forum! The shoulder remains inside the dough. After the bread is ready, you flip it over from the bucket. The spatula will either stay on the pin in the bucket or stay in the bread. Then it is convenient to immediately pick it up and take it out with a pencil.

In general, it is easier and more joyful to live in the world, knowing that your "HELP" will be heard, and most importantly, they will HELP !!!

And after the last workout, I take out the shoulder blades (I have two), spread the dough with my hands and bake.

Zhen, does the dough stick to the pins ?? I have it tightly .. in both HP.
Natalia K.
My dough also sticks to the pins so that there is no way to get a spatula

It sticks a little, I turn the pins slightly on the back side and take out the bread. And the shoulder blades stick tightly, then the bread with such holes remains.
