Lotos N,
It's simple))) make frying of any vegetables that are available

Vei, thanks for the answer! Frying - on the "toasting" mode? And then there rice in the "buckwheat" mode?
Vei
Roasting on the Toasting (or Oven / Baking) mode, I don't know what your MV is. Rice is best cooked in Rice.
Lotos N
Panasonic SR-MHS181. She has no rice: only porridge, pilaf and buckwheat ... Toasting and baking are also present.
Vei
Panas Grechka has a good regime for rice. You can fry in any convenient mode.

Frying in Panas was done on the "baking" mode, and then washed rice and water on top as Lisa wrote 1: 1, and on the "pilaf" mode .... there is more intense evaporation of water ...
Vei
I do not like Pilaf modes, even for pilaf, as such, I use Rice. If you observe the proportions of the cereal: water, and not by eye, then everything turns out well. And in Plov modes, the temperature often rises at the end to form a fried crust below, I don't like that (IMHO) ...

Liz Panas worked for me for 6 years and always made rice with vegetables on the pilaf ..... there was no fry at the bottom ...
Vei
)))) It is clear that frying Panas is a whole event))) and in the rest of the MV it turns out very crusty on Plov.

Thank you very much for your advice! Tomorrow I'll bungle for supper And the zucchini, you say, can be used? I have never tried ... Just a vacant zucchini in the fridge is

Turns out she didn't report the results. Made rice on Vei's advice; I fried in a cartoon all the vegetables that were just found in the refrigerator, two m / cups of rice, two m / cups of water - and started it on the "buckwheat" mode in Panas. It turned out just SUPER !!! My men ate the whole portion in one sitting! (despite the fact that before we had rice no one in the house ate - we do not like it).
And now I'm going to make rice with garlic and barberry: I got a taste
Vei
Lotos NThank you very much for your feedback! I am very glad that everything worked out and I liked it. Cook with pleasure !!!
Trishka
Thank you very much for the recipe!
I cooked for sushi, it turned out great !!! ...
I also wanted to ask who cooked pilaf in mv Panasonic 18, as I understood it-rice / water -1: 1, this is not counting the water that is in the zirvak or not.
And then I also somehow cooked, and it turned out to be porridge with meat, not pilaf.
Happy New Year, everyone .!!!!!

Peace be with you bakers!

Trishka-

we often cook pilaf in mv Panasonic 18

rice / water -1: 1, this is not counting the water that is in the zirvak ---

it turned out to be porridge with meat, not pilaf-- what do you think pilaf
Trishka
Thank you!
Yes, I meant "porridge with meat", that it is not crumbly, here.
Now I will try as advised here 1: 1,
Vei
Trishka, with zirvak it is always more difficult, but if it is fatty, then the pilaf will be crumbly, and if it is dietary, then it is no longer pilaf, but porridge with meat)))
Wazawai
Interesting, very interesting. There is no multicooker, but I will try to cook it in a pressure cooker (in a multicooker bowl).
Vei
Wazawai, cook in the pressure cooker in the same way, the proportions are the same, only set the Rice mode or 10-12 minutes, depending on whether you will forcibly release the pressure or not.
I wish you success!
Kokoschka
Vei, Lisa a year ago found a recipe for pilaf in Panasonic, cooked it, and we were delighted. Then long days and months from where I got the recipe.
And oooh ..... joy I found it !!!!
It turns out Lisa is your recipe! Thank you very much, I cook rice only according to your recipe, it turns out that I saw the pilaf and forgot where and how it is right!
Hurrah!!!!
